The entire staff is extremely professional and friendly. Each guest is made to feel special and not simply a room number. My initial stay was originally scheduled for four days. I have been at the hotel now since August. Any issues or concerns are immediately addressed by the managerial team.

The breakfast use to include yogurt and boiled egg options. Now there's just breakfast bars! Rooms need to be serviced at least once during a week long stay. The morning front desk personnel was rude when I brought my towels down for an exchange. They couldn't give me clean ones at that point but said they would bring clean ones to my room later. They did not!

Not a bad place to saty, but as a solo female traveler i would have liked to have knonw in advance that this also serves as a quasi homless shelter. I had a feeling something was up when I stayed there and confirmed after the fact that indeed RI houses homeless people in hotels.

Kiara Kiara that all I have to say she is the best she helps me w. Everything and I wouldn’t have stayed here for 5 1:2 months if it wasn’t for her . I’m recovering for surgery and she’s made and she’s like that w all the guests .kiara Kiara Kiara Kiara

The hotel experience was great, super comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel room was very cleaned and the bathroom was very cleaned as well. The hotel staff were very friendly and made sure we were happy with the room. I have stayed at hotels 2-3 times more expensive per night, and this Extended stay blows them away , we slept very well.

And when we had realized we had lost an item, after they left, you went the extra mile to help us! Dorothy and the rest of the management staff, Desk staff, and Housekeeping staff really helped us out. Thank you so much for taking the time and effort to take a thorough look to help us find what me missed, and then for promptly shipping our things back to our office. You all really saved the day! We recommend your Providence East location to anyone, and would be happy to have our staff stay with you again.

We received excellent service from both the manager Becky and staff member Dorothy regarding an issue and my family and I were pleasantly surprised how accommodating and quickly our problem was solved. I would absolutely stay at this location in future visits. Thanks again!
