Enchantment Resort

What an incredible Designation for couples, families, retreats, girls weekend! So many added values. Being able to hike Boynton Canyon right outside your door was a dream! Our favorite restaurant and bar on property was Che Ah Chi! The drinks are amazing! Danielle is a gifted mixologist!

Enchantment Resort rocks. Beautiful respite from the hubbub of normal life. The staff is superbly trained to be personable. There isn’t a single employee who doesn’t reach out to make sure your stay is enjoyable. We were especially impressed with Bell Supervisor Huean McLean who energetically carried our bags and loaded them into our vehicle and even helped me re-pack our golf clubs and load them. Lots of smiles and professional demeanors. A most refreshing experience to be with such a caring team of professionals.

We were not staying there but went for dinner. Things have certainly changed since we were there last time. The service was slow even though they were not busy. The food was not good at all. In fact I sent mine back. The one thing I have never have happened is I ordered a scotch on the rocks and requested a big ice cube. I was told that was possible for an additional $2.00 charge. Guess who is not going back.

Our stay at Enchantment was magical and indulgent. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, and we immersed ourselves in all the offerings - spa, hikes, star gazing, pool, restaurants, work-out facility, etc. It was truly the most relaxing three days.

The place is just beautiful! The pictures do no justice.. Customer Service is 10/10! The place is very well kept and the mattress in the room will make you not want to get out of bed, the most comfortable mattress ever! Do not hesitate to book this resort. The view is the best in Sedona. Can’t wait to go back!

My first visit, my wife's third (two priors with our adult daughter). They had so raved about their stays I had to experience it myself. Lived very well up to, indeed, blew away my expectations! We had a king casita suite. Very nice room (albeit the power charging options for devices could stand an update to more convenient and current technology. A miniscule quibble for sure). Huge bathroom with walk in shower. And we were treated almost every day, sometimes AM and PM, by local wildlife (deer or javelina families) grazing right outside our room in the casita block courtyard or out wandering the property. Amazing! To a person, the service from every staffer we engaged with was personable and of the highest professionalism. It was like having a whole hotel staffed by close friends. We were even met by one of the Managing Directors (missed his name) while we were walking the property. He was out running an errand on the property. He greeted us and engaged us in a delightful conversation, thanking us for our stay. Even senior management has a 5 star customer service focus. Meals in all locations (the Market, The Hummingbird at Mi Amo, Tii Gavo, Che ah Che), were excellent, with Tii Gavo our favorite for dinner and The Hummingbird for breakfast. The location is a hiker's dream. Immediate access from the property onto more miles of trails than one could cover in weeks. Mescal Mountain and its Amphitheater the highlight of our hikes. But one need never leave the property if total relaxation is your goal, and still enjoy or relax in its abundant amenities and activities. Easy drive into town for shopping, other restaurants, and other views of the world class, amazing vistas and mountain scenery. Special shout outs to Jolynn and Taylor, servers at Tii Gavo, and Raul, security ,for all his help. The highest recommendation.

I have to say our experience today was probably one of the worst in our dining and accommodation adventures. We made a reservation for lunch at the resort restaurant and after driving 40 minutes to get there, the wannabe cop at the guard shack would not allow our entrance. He was extremely rude and at least could’ve offered an explanation. We simply arrived early to visit the gift shop and were turned away. We had an almost $400+ dinner there two nights ago and there was no problem gaining access. We were impressed with it and simply wanted to return today to have another meal and to go through the gift shop that was closed when we had dinner. I’m guessing I will need to make a complaint through OpenTable. A reservation should’ve never allowed a reservation if the resort decided to not welcome the public today.

This was my first vist to Enchantment Resort and I had a wonderful time. Every aspect of my stay was perfect, there wasn't one thing I would have changed. The grounds were immaculate and the views were amazing. I was really blown away by the entire experience and plan on returning sometime soon.

The bed was very uncomfortable, no microwave in room, restaurants were extremely overpriced for the what was ordered and the menu was limited. The pool is supposed to have someone waiting on you but I was there for several hours and no one ever came around. The view was amazing, the astronomer they had come in was really cool, and the staff was very friendly, but not worth the price.
