Very nice hotel. We did need to move from one room to another bc there was no hot water but it was not a problem at all. My only suggestion is to have coffee, tea available at all times. At night we normally have a cup of tea but after breakfast there is none to be found.

Strategically located in New Jersey. Only reason behind selecting this hotel was because of the direct express bus service to Port Authority terminal bus station.
Otherwise we got complimentary breakfast and rooms were clean. Very safe and spacious hotel.

The hotel is very good. I will stay here again when I go to New York. The supporting facilities are complete. The service attitude of the staff is considerate. The breakfast is very rich. The food quality is good. The transportation is convenient and the environment is elegant.

The room is big and clean. The breakfast is richer than the regular American breakfast. What I am not used to is that there is no waiter to clean the room every day. If you need clean towels, you have to go to the front desk to ask for them.
