I had a very smooth travel experience; The hotel was was really nice and quiet. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown, every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

Old hotel.But it is convenient if you go to MetLife for a concert. Worth for the cost.

Good hotel, clean, convenient to go to Manhattan, room was nice, beds were comfortable. Only thing I wasn’t happy with is the water pressure in the shower. The water pressure was quite low. Also they need to come up w more variety for breakfast. It was the same selection everyday.

Communication was lacking. I wanted to add a day if I could get it at the rate of the other days I stayed. I replied back to the email confirmation as it instructed me to but nobody got back to me. I used the link on their website to find out and nobody got back to me - so we didn't stay the extra night (yes, I know I could have called). Breakfast was good - scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, cereal, bread...that kind of stuff....was included. (make sure you take your voucher with you to breakfast and check the dates written on them. I took the wrong day's vouchers and had to go back and get the correct ones.) Room was comfortable once I got the ac/heat figured out. The bathroom door was warped because it didn't want to close, like the door didn't match the doorway. All-in-all, we would stay again.

The Meadowlands Plaza hotel is just off the highway so it’s easy to get too. It’s right by the Nickelodeon Universe Theme Park and the MetLife Stadium. They also have a shuttle to the commuter train if you’re going into NYC, and a decent sized parking lot. We took the shuttle on two days, and on all 4 trips, we only waited at most about 15 mins for it. It’s about a 15min drive to the train station and then 1 stop into NYC. The room was a decent size for 4 people. It was clean, and had a large closet for us to hang clothes and store our luggage. The bathroom was a decent size, and came with toiletries. The tub wouldn’t seal though, so my youngest couldn’t have a bath. The maintenance team came and tried fixing it, but after an hour, they gave up, especially since by that point it was around 10pm. We had the buffet breakfast every morning and it was great. It was in the hotel restaurant, and there were several options for food (scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, fruit, pastries). I used the gym every morning. It had a few cardio machines, and a universal gym. It’s not huge, but it was enough to get in a decent workout. The people working at the front desk were lovely. I spoke to them a few times for recommendations on things to do, and how to travel around the city. The lobby had coffee and tea in the morning. I wish it stayed out all day though. Overall, my family had a good stay here, and I’d return next time in NYC.
