HOME TRUTHS: *Currently there is significant construction happening in the area of the building. *Unit is west facing and will warm quickly in the afternoon during the summer months. *Building is located near underground train tracks. *The sides of the tub are very high and it has a metal frame along the top of the tub for the shower door. It is not ideal (and probably unsafe) for anyone with mobility issues and this would not be a good unit for them. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm, with occasional weekend/overnight work. Alaskan Way will be reduced to one lane 24/7, with temporary parking restrictions, but sidewalk and building access will remain open.
