The location is excellent, directly next to Pike Place Market and the world's first Starbucks. It's a serviced apartment with a kitchen and shared laundry room. The appliances are dated, but the location is a minor issue. There's no central air conditioning, but instead a desktop fan with cooling ducts running directly out of the windows, making it impossible to close them. Traffic noise from the street is also quite loud at night. The best feature is the self-service check-in system, where the hotel sends text messages with the main door, room door, and elevator codes. Since I booked through Ctrip, I didn't receive any text messages, which meant I didn't know what to enter when entering the main door. I pulled hard on the door several times, causing misunderstanding and even annoyance from the front desk staff. There's no parking available, but nearby parking lots are plentiful but very expensive. Overnight parking costs between $36 and $72. No meals are served.

Since I was staying over New Year's Eve, it was very noisy during the night. I don't think it's a big deal unless it's a special occasion. The location is great. There was also a coupon for cupcakes.
Since it is an apartment, rather than checking in, you can obtain the code number by entering the necessary information (credit card number, etc.) from the QR code.
Cooking utensils are also available. Although it may seem a little expensive due to its location, it is a recommended hotel.

The hotel stay was great. The 2 rooms, full kitchen, and bath were clean when we arrived. The staff were excellent especially Emily and the desk manager. They answered our questions and secured our luggage on the day we left. The hotel is not new or glamorous but friendly, quiet, and adequate for a five day stay. The windows open for nice fresh air. We only used the air conditioner one night. It is close to everything. The coffee shop just next door was excellent. I recommend the hotel to travelers who come to Seattle for vacation.

First impressions were wow, what a fantastic location! Pike Place market on the doorstep, even the open top bus tours stop right outside. Very handy! The lady on reception (forgive me I forget her name) was absolutely lovely, very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the lift was broken but luckily for us we were on the first floor plus the hotel provided a security guy to assist with bags etc. Our two bedroomed apartment was a bit of a squash for 4 adults (though would suit two adults and two children) but it was clean and comfortable. No view, just windows to an inner courtyard. It was great value for money and overall I would definitely recommend it.
