Management was on point. Property is quiet, clean and secure.

Good location, comfort and cleanliness poor Positives: The apartment is well located in the vibrant Capitol Hill area with many excellent restaurants and good access to Downtown, grocery store and the Seattle Centre via public transport. The bed was comfortable and linens were clean. WiFi and TV were good. Negatives: Check-in was awful. I had not been sent the access codes. It took 2 phone calls, various messages and 45 minutes to get in. The apartment was not very clean. The oven was filthy! It took 3 days messaging with 3 different agents for housekeeping to come and clean it. The venetian blinds were broken and very dirty. The hot-air heating was noisy and ineffective as the building is very poorly insulated. There was no heating at all in the bathroom. The shower pressure was barely more than a trickle The sofa in the lounge area was so uncomfortable that we had to use pillows and a duvet to sit on. Access to the apartment is via an external and internal staircase which was difficult with luggage and would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. This is the second time we have stayed in an apartment managed by Hosteeva. On both occasions we have had maintenance and communication issues. We would not stay with them again.
