Hyatt at Olive 8

千萬不要入住這家酒店，作為攜程黑鑽會員，在此酒店被不禮貌對待，被酒店工作人員歧視，毫無服務質量，並且拒絕接聽攜程的溝通電話。從沒有住過如此差勁的酒店。如果想有一個愉快的旅程，千萬不要選擇。

I have been to so many foreign cities, but what happened in this hotel is what makes me most depressed. 1. The room is very cold when I enter. The air conditioner is not hot for more than half an hour. I negotiated with the front desk to change the room many times, but they refused to change it. They also said that it would be the same no matter which room I changed to. I asked to pay to upgrade the room type. The front desk actually said that it would be the same cold even if I paid to upgrade the room type. I don’t know how these foreigners are trained. They are unwilling to accept money. In the end, they put a small electric heater in my room. I am speechless. 2. The original reservation was for 2 nights. Because they did not change my **, I asked to stay only one night and planned to stay in another hotel the next day. They did not agree to the check-out fee because it was past the time to change the order. I had no choice but to refund it. Finally, I proposed not to stay in a row. I still wanted to change to another hotel. I came back to stay on the last night of my trip. They still did not agree. There was no negotiation at all. I guess overseas hotels disdain Ctrip orders. Ctrip cannot communicate with them. 3. Overseas hotels are environmentally friendly. There are no toothbrushes and no mineral water. I can understand that, but there are no slippers. The carpet is extremely dirty. My socks are black after walking around. I can’t get on the bed after walking barefoot. This is a high-end hotel under Hyatt. I guess I will never stay in Hyatt hotels in the future.

I visited with my family. The lobby desk staff was so friendly and I felt good. I also had breakfast at the restaurant below because I used my destination fee points. They were friendly and the food was good. The location was relatively safer than the market area, so I liked it.
