Seattle Urban Village- Cascade

Wang/Mimi/Amy/Tia (all the same person just different alias) is your classic low life con artist. We complained about the cleanliness of the place and she hung up on me, canceled the booking without explanation, and took our money. The place had clearly never been cleaned. There was a used bar of soap and used razor head in the bathroom among other things, glass on the floor, worms on the stairwell, and unmentionable items in the drawers to name a few. When we tried to get our money back, she cried about it being her birthday and then threatened us and said that she knew where we lived. Avoid this woman and count your blessings that she’s not in your life.

Mimi at Seattle Urban Village is a complete nightmare to deal with. The unit had a great location but was dated and dirty. Mimi is the absolute worst communicator and host I have ever encountered. She is rude, unprofessional, and unpredictable. Avoid renting from Seattle Urban Village at all costs.
