The corners of the bed in the room are very protruding and scratch your feet.
All the noise in the corridor can be heard in the room. In the middle of the night, there were black guests making loud noises in the atrium parking lot and even verbally harassing women who stuck their heads out, but the hotel staff would not stop them and would say that this was normal. Leaving for the airport at three in the morning is safer and more comfortable than here.

First off the gentlemen who was working the front desk was the rudest and most confrontational person I've ever met. The owner of this place truly should let him go. We went to our room and the bed had no box spring was just on the base so close to the floor. you could feel the springs in the mattress it was awful super soft. Bathroom was super gross no soap to wash your hands we had to go buy our own. the shower was painted instead of fixed. Was told elevator was broken and the owner was not going to fix it and we had to use the stairs. What would have happened if I was handicap? I would NEVER stay here again!!! Gross and disgusting and front desk was RUDE!!!!

This place is great if you need a safe and relatively cheap place in downtown Seattle. There is a cafe with doughnuts right next door. Surroundings are safe. The furniture and the bathroom is outdated but the bed is comfy. Personnel is great - they are very helpful.
