I was bit by a hobo slider and had to spend three hours in urgent care. I received a refund for my hotel stay but I had to reach out to the corporate office, as the front desk manager, room manager, and general manager were all refusing to return my phone calls. It was a nightmare.

My stay at The Edgewater Hotel was nothing short of amazing. The entire property was exceptionally clean, and every detail—from the cozy, well-appointed rooms to the stunning waterfront views—made the experience unforgettable. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I’m already looking forward to coming back and will absolutely be recommending The Edgewater to friends and family visiting Seattle.

in the city of coffee our hotel had a Keurig with green mountain coffee flavor. the only water available for the Keurig was $7 for 16 oz. (no other option). the coffee bar in the lobby had only 1 person working and it took over 30 min in line to get a simple coffee. No ice water in the lobby. No coffee in the lobby before the coffee bar opened (I needed to take an early flight).

We didn't know we were in for an exquisite treat at the Edgewater. The view of the sound and the sunsets from our room are what made it stunning. The service, the staff and the food were everything we could have wanted.

This hotel is in a prime location, easy walk to Pike Market, and right next to the FRS Clipper for whale watching tours or a ride to Victoria. (Both great experiences) The waterfront view and location is what drew me to book a reservation here, and I’m grateful to Violet for graciously helping me find a room with a beautiful view, as well as alerting me to events in the hotel when I asked for a quiet location. I also wanted to thank Melissa for her helpful tips and wonderful service, and Jin, who overheard a need when walking by in the hallway, and stopped to offer assistance. He went above and beyond, going out of his way to help, and it’s that type of service and care that would bring me back to a hotel. The restaurant, Six Seven, has delicious food, gorgeous views, and wonderful service. It was a lovely stay - enjoyed looking out at the bay views and Mt Rainier as well!
