The Space: This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 7 guests. This home is sparking clean, cozy, light-filled, well-stocked and tastefully designed to ensure a great stay. HIGHLIGHTS: - Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances including pressure cooker and air fryer, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, keurig coffee & tea - All beds are outfitted with high quality mattresses, linens and a comfortable duvet - Big windows with lots of light, as well as blackout curtains - Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs - Smart TV with Netflix - Rooftop patio with outdoor furniture for an al fresco experience - Breathtaking views of Mt. Guest access will be granted via a door code. Other Things to Note: - Well-trained pets are welcome! We charge an additional fee of $50/pet for your entire stay. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet. Please note that we strictly do not allow pets on furniture including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Excessive pet hair/mess found on furniture and linens resulting in extra cleaning effort will be charged accordingly. - There is a bus stop in front of the house, be prepared there is some noise during the day when the bus arrives. But the noise is quite low when you close the window. We provide ear plugs for guests who are sensitive to noise. - Parties are strictly NOT allowed, no loud music after 10 PM. If a party is detected, a penalty of $500 in addition to unexpected cleaning costs will be charged. There is a noise monitor installed in the hallway. The device only measures decibel levels; it never records conversations. - No smoking inside. If smoke is detected, a cleaning fee of $500 will be charged. - Please expect to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories. - There are security cameras at the perimeter of house.
