Everything is great, I wake up at 5am to walk around and enjoy the surrounding nature. The bus is convenient, you can buy food at QFC nearby, take a bus straight there. Cooking for yourself is also a great option, the kitchen window to see the sunrise is like a picture, the kitchen is fully equipped

Perfect for solo travelers or small group where you don't mind sharing beds.
We did not get the chance to hang out, we were on the move from the time our feet hit the floor to the second our heads hit the pillows in the evening. Safe and convenient location!
Host was in constant communication with us which was amazing since we traveled by train and experienced unforeseen delays in our arrival.
We arrived late on a Friday night and I'm sure we weren't the most quiet though we at least tried to be. Quiet hours were definitely not observed or respected by other guests so keep in mind, it could be noisy.
We were comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed heated bathroom floors!

Hidden fees, bad attitude, deliberately creating hygiene problems that affect health. No refunds for check-out. Hope they can change.

Even though reviews toward this guest house, which were shown in Google, are rather low, I am satisfied with overall features in the house. Especially if you like using public transportation such as buses and trains in Seattle, the location of the house is rather good. It only takes 10-20 minutes from the house to downtown in Seattle. Also, though the size of the room is rather small, but also it was also enough to sleep. However, the drawback in the house is that you can hear the noises from the other rooms. If you are super-sensitive to hearing noises, then I wouldn't recommend the place. However, if you are not sensitive to it, then probably it would be fine.

Had to stay overnight for a concert. Easy access. Clean. Bed is soft and comfortable. Perfect for an overnight stay!
