What an absolute gem . From the minute we walked in the door we were made to feel very welcome. All the staff were kind , conscientious and made time to talk to us as they did with everyone. The room was superb. Comfortable, clean and very well appointed. The food was superb and there was a great choice. Likewise, the breakfast was unbelievable. All in all , magnificent.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was excellent. The location could not be better ,right on the harbour. Room was very nice with a four poster bed, with tea and coffee replenished every day. The hotel and bar are like walking in an antique shop with all sorts of seafaring memorabilia on display. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The beers in the bar are excellent, with great choice of several real ales. The breakfast is first rate , with plenty of choice. We would not hesitate in recommending this to both friends and family

A lovely one night stay at the olde ship, gorgeous 4 poster room overlooking the Harbour. The food was brilliant we expected pub style food but the quality was at least restaurant standard. Friendly and attentive staff also made the experience brilliant.

Seahouses isn't wheelchair friendly, with majority of shops having high steps or only a small space inside. My elderly mother needed the toilet, the public loos needed a key to use, the restaurant we ate at, access was on upper level so our only option was to ask at The Olde Ship Inn. Colleauge we asked regarding a disabled loo was so helpful and pleasant.

Good hotel, with comfy bed & pillows -a 1st at any hotel we have stayed at!/Staff friendly & helpful & fab food. Definitely recommend the Old Ship Inn. The artefacts & history are fascinating too.

A really lovely stay! We were in the little cottage next to the pub. It was clean and comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. What a lovely village, too!
