Prezzo buono rispetto alle altre strutture posizione centrale ( e nel centro storico ) però scomodo da raggiungere se si hanno bagagli a mano . Stanze non eccessive e ehi trovato peli sulle lenzuola ( pulite) diversi peli . Per il resto tutto ok . Locanda molto caratteristica da vedere

Web site fails to mention the huge difficulty in negotiating the many many steps from the station to and including hotel with heavy luggage. Hotel has lifts but were "out of Order" (saving money on power)??? There was no one at the hotel desk to assist in check -In. It was EXTREMELY hot and no air conditioning or fans. The whole thing looked like it was run by amateurs. Also not mentioned on website was the amount of steps & very steep roads/streets in the village itself. Once you arrived down in the village, there was no way back up except for buggies & carts which could be ordered at a cost. Extremely difficult for elderly or weight challenged people to negotiate. The actual place was very beautiful, scenic & people were exceptionally friendly and happy, great atmosphere.

Stanza piccola e non pulitissima...abbiamo fatto la doccia fredda in quanto non avevano aperto lo scaldabagno e dopo varie chiamate la situazione non migliorava...abbandonati... l'acqua calda è comparsa a tarda sera senza che il proprietario si preoccupasse minimamente... sconsigliato

A very mixed bag.
The location is amazing and we had an incredible view from our balcony.
The room was large, comfortable and clean.
The issue is with the service. I messaged multiple times before arriving to ask for help arranging a transfer from the station. I got no response.
There was nobody at the reception when I came to check in (or ever).
The hotel was advertised as having a pool. It does not have a pool.
Overall we enjoyed our stay but the terrible service took the gloss off
