Ho pranzato di recente al Principe di scilla insieme ad amici e sono rimasta profondamente colpita sia dalla cucina squisita che dal servizio impeccabile. Il menu presentava una varietà di piatti innovativi, con sapori audaci e una bella presentazione. Il personale attento e competente ha fatto in modo che il nostro pasto fosse memorabile, fornendo ottimi consigli e garantendo la nostra soddisfazione. Dopo un calice di vino eccezionale abbiamo scambiato qualche parola con il proprietario per complimentarci di questo squisito pranzo. Lui molto gentile e di un educazione eccezionale. Esperienza da rifare assolutamente 😍😍😍

Ristorante molto bello a Chianalea! Bella la terrazza sull’acqua, ottimo il servizio, buonissime le materie prime! Unica nota dolente il dolce! Misero nell’impiattamento e nelle proporzioni! Conto medio alto ma ci può stare! Abbiamo mangiato veramente molto bene! Nel complesso lo consiglio!

Spent a few days here on our trip. Superb hotel! Only 8 rooms at the hotel, and they are all different, but each room overlooks the sea. Nice sized rooms, comfy beds and pillows, and very clean. Staff was super friendly. They have a bar and restaurant over the water. Great place!

Ottimo risotto, buona calamarata e buona idea dei menù. Peccato il servizio (tranne il simpatico e bravo cameriere più giovane! Bravissimo!), certamente professionale ma magari, anche fingendo, con qualche sorriso in più sarebbe meglio. Complimenti per la qualità delle materie prime e di come sono state lavorate.

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 gg e devo dire che sono stati giorni molto belli e rilassanti con una vista mare mozzafiato. Il personale molto cordiale. Camera confortevole e colazione top..con dolci davvero squisiti fatti in casa dalla proprietaria. Esperienza da rifare assolutamente 😍😍😍

My recent stay at this hotel was a delightful experience. The room was decorated in a classic old-world style and was spacious with a fabulous view of the sea and the charming town below. The hotel is located in the heart of the old town which adds to its charm, with a lovely atmosphere that enhances the overall experience. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming and offered help with everything we asked for. They even recommended local sightseeing trips and offered to help contact the tour operators. One night I requested a large bottle of water for my room and it was delivered almost instantly. As a vegan, I often face challenges finding suitable meals, but this hotel went above and beyond. They specially made me a vegan cake for breakfast, which was delicious. I was on holiday with friends who said they enjoyed the regular restaurant food, and the vegan dishes prepared for me were good too. Each meal had the presentation and taste of a gourmet restaurant. The balcony terrace restaurant offers spectacular views, with the added touch of a spotlight beneath the platform, allowing you to see fish swimming in the crystal-clear water beneath. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel for its service and scenic beauty.

Locale interessante e carino solo come location,oggi con la mia compagna abbiamo pagato 140 euro per mangiare un discreto antipasto,un risotto rosso con gamberi stracciatella e polvere di liquirizia che paragonato a un risotto burro e parmigiano era sicuramente di qualità inferiore,accettabile tagliolini con gamberi. Come secondi involtini di spada,che di spada avevano solo l invilucro esterno,il resto solo panura e una ricciola dall aspetto paragonabile ad un pezzo di legno arrostito,del gusto meglio nn approfondire.unica nota positiva il critone di librandi.

Unica cosa apprezzabile il panorama. Servizio pessimo, personale poco preparato sui vini(poche cantine, disponevano principalmente di quelle del territorio), sgarbato e seccato. Antipasti di mare sia crudi che cotti miseri e con pochissima varietà(località di mare), linguine all'astice con pomodoro "allungato", frittura mista molliccia. L'unica cosa mangiabile lo spaghetto ai ricci. Molto caro per la qualità offerta, non lo consiglio.
