Wir haben die Gastfreundschaft im Prinz Rudolf nicht zum ersten Mal geniessen können. Uns gefällt das Ambiente im ganzen Hotel, speziell in den Zimmern, das Essen im Restaurant ist für uns jedesmal ein Genuss, wobei für uns jeweils das Frühstücks-büffet ein Highlight darstellt. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir das Engagement jedes einzelnen Mitarbeiters. Das Management macht offensichtlich vieles richtig. Uns gefällt es und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Tutto al top. Posizione della struttura perfetta, vicinissima a Merano citta' e Merano 2000, location di design curata in ogni dettaglio, infinity pool fantastica, cibo ottimo e di alta qualita'. Personale gentile e attento, cemere pulite e ben arredate. Grazie

Abbiamo recentemente soggiornato presso il campeggio Prinz Rudolf di Merano e, sebbene l'accoglienza sia stata positiva, abbiamo riscontrato diverse problematiche con la sistemazione del camper. In particolare, la piazzola non aveva acqua e lo scarico delle acque grigie non funzionava, seppur previsto e pagato; solo dopo aver lamentato il disagio venivamo spostati in un'altra piazzola funzionante. Questo ha reso la nostra esperienza piuttosto scomoda e deludente. Inoltre, l'illuminazione pedonale notturna era decisamente insufficiente e in alcuni punti addirittura assente, rendendo pericolosi gli spostamenti vista la presenza di ghiaccio; per camminare nel campeggio, abbiamo dovuto utilizzare torce personali, il che è stato poco pratico creando altresì un senso di insicurezza. Si evidenzia inoltre che l'accesso è costituito da una ripida salita e il campeggio si trova costantemente in ombra. Spero che la direzione prenda in considerazione questi problemi, poiché il campeggio ha del potenziale ma necessita di miglioramenti significativi per garantire un soggiorno confortevole.

Seconda volta al prinz, posizione comoda x visitare merano e per le piste a 2 minuti impianto di risalita. Ideale anche x bambini, colazione top come la cena. Staff gentile e preparato. Spa ben fornita e piscina comoda. Da rifare assolutamente.

Posizione dell'hotel bellissima, infatti dalla piscina riscaldata della spa si gode di un panorama fantastico della vallata di Merano con sopra i monti con la neve! Ma il pezzo forte di questa struttura è la cucina! Piatti da 5 stelle, veramente curati e buonissimi.

Hotel super moderno, dotato di ogni comfort. La spa con la piscina esterna riscaldata vera chicca. La posizione è strategia sia per le piste che per la città. Nota piacevole la sensazione di un ambiente dinamico, sempre frequentato tra area bar, bistrot e ristorante. Personale super attento e disponibile.

La struttura è veramente bella, ben curata nei minimi particolari, accogliente. Ci siamo sentiti veramente come a casa! Ben accolti e coccolati. Tutto il personale competente e qualificato! Quello di sala accogliente e sempre a disposizione a qualsiasi nostra esigenza; professionale soprattutto il sig. Marco e Luigi, cordiali e attenti a tutto! La colazione, il pranzo e la cena sempre davvero belli sul lato Esteri che su quello culinario. Ci siamo veramente senti davvero coccolati. Abbiamo trascorso un piacevolissimo soggiorno!

Ambiente accogliente e curato. Colazione super e personale disponibile e competente. Sfortunatamente non sono riuscito a sfruttare la spa e la piscina ma solo per mia organizzazione. Forse la chiusura delle saune alle 19 è presto. Nel complesso un’ottima esperienza

Der öffentliche Bereich im Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet und dekoriert. Es ist sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und das 5-Gänge Menü am Abend sind hervorragend. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön und ruhig. Es gibt viele bequeme Liegemöglichkeiten und zwei tolle Saunen. Uns haben haben jedoch ein Whirlpool/warmes Becken und ein Dampfbad gefehlt, um eine 5-Sterne Bewertung abzugeben.
