Natalie has provided us with excellent service right from the start when we booked to arrival where Natalie and Wayne assisted us with parking our caravan. Amenities are clean. Thoroughly enjoying our stay and highly recommend this lovely caravan park.

The beds were comfy and it was reasonably clean. It was quiet overnight and close enough to the beach. They were responsive to requests. But there were no power points near the main bed, the power point under the tv didn’t work at all and neither did the aircon. So they just need to check on those electrical things.

The friendliest mangers very helpful and accommodating clean amenities and everything you need to enjoy your stay onsite and not far from the beach and cafes and restaurants. Second time here and don’t want to leave , just the ideal location from everything you need

When we checked in, the floor was still wet from mopping, and the nauseating smell of chlorine/bleach was throughout. It lasted for hours.
The furniture looks like it is from the Salvation Army, terribly uncomfortable, there are no bedside lights, only ceiling downlights with the switch by the door.
There is no real bathroom. There is a shower and a separate toilet cubicle but the wash basin is in the hallway right next to the rear entry door with no vanity and no place to put anything on.
The stay is relatively cheap compared to others but had I known what it is really like, we would have stayed elsewhere.

While we were staying there, a major flash flood event occurred in Hervey Bay. The staff were absolutely lovely and accommodating!

A good location however, Not the room we booked it had child bunks instead of a single bed, blind had a piece missing so privacy compromised, kitchen tap was falling off and not repaired when told it would be. Step onto front verandah wonky & difficult for elderly mother.
