The studio room was lovely everything you needed was there, very clean with lovely fresh line and a very comfortable bed, plenty of room, good size bathroom and plenty of cupboard space throughout and even a back entrance with a clothes line if needed a pleasure to stay there, Great position on the Esplanade, close to shops, restaurants and a Bus stop right outside,the owners were lovely nothing is too much trouble, I enjoyed my stay very much..

Very comfortable, very clean and very convenient, in heart o Scarness across the road from the beach. great value will stay again and again! We had everything we needed a little home away from home ,everywhere was within walking distance. Thanks to Glynn and Julie!

The room was spotless and beautifully appointed with good storage for luggage. Great pillows and fluffy towels. Julie is very friendly and accommodating. The Sunseeker is right on the Esplanade opposite the water and surrounded by quality eateries. A definite must stay.

It was fine. We arrived after the office was closed. There’s a phone number on the office door, and a pay phone a couple of hundred metres north along the esplanade if you’re a tourist without voice call on your mobile). Another guest was in “our” parking slot - fortunately we were on foot but I don’t think that’s normally considered polite. A wonderfully passive-aggressive Fawlty-Towers-esque note advises you of the penalties if you don’t wash your tea cups (unspecified financial charge) or if you use more beds than allowed (20 AUD per bed used). See photo. It made me laugh: Bed was firm but comfortable. Absolutely fine for an overnight stay. Price (145 AUD) seems high for what it is - we’d have done better locally booking later.

Fantastic motel with great location. The room were huge and super clean, staff friendly and the location was perfect. Restaurants surround the motel and a Foodworks is right next door plus the beach right in front. Everything about our stay here was amazing, would definitely stay again.

5 out of 5 experience friendly Staff absolute fantastic location. Was actually surprised how close it is to everything. Hidden away in a nice surprisingly quiet location. Clean and tidy rooms and good sized pool. My little girl loved the pool! Very happy!

Excellent location, close to shopping restaurants and the beach. The rooms are affordable and family friendly, clean , comfortable and well appointed with easy access. The hosts, Glynn and Julie are friendly, welcoming and helpful. It’s my “go to” place to stay in the Bay.😊

Location is excellent - shops, cafes, and restaurants next door and the stunning esplanade across the road. The room is well-equipped with a Tv, fridge, microwave, erc although it is old, in need of an update. The need to wash dishes in the bathroom sink is a nuisance. Cleaning should be done by cleaning staff anyway.

Stayed one night, they were very accommodating to me arriving late. Lovely customer service which is hard to find these days. It is local to a lot of food venues. It's not the flashest place around but the price is well suited. The bed is comfy, bathroom lovely and clean. My only issue was I couldn't connect my phone to the TV to watch Netflix (first world problems). Overall I would stay there again for price and location.
