English: When I arrived I found the room not clean, I would like to point out that the room had been occupied until the day before by a colleague of mine and therefore I had the opportunity to understand the situation well by talking to him. The towels had not been changed (simply folded but not actually replaced) the sheets and the floor were very dirty (just look at my disposable slippers used only for that evening, see photo). As soon as I saw the room I went down to speak to the owner, simply pointing out the sheets and telling her that they had not been replaced, both she and her sister immediately claimed that it was impossible and that the sheets were always replaced; I continued insisting that the sheets had not been replaced and that I would have appreciated a change. The owner went up to the room, I followed her, once I got near the bed she asked me what I had found on those sheets, knowing WELL that those sheets were the ones used by my colleague I simply continued to ask for them to be replaced. At that point the owner, continuing to deny the evidence, literally kicked me out of the hotel asking me to leave and find another place to stay! Since it was evening and I had no other place to stay, I said I would stay but that I wanted a sheet and that I would change it myself... but nothing. I still managed to stay in that room in order to spend the night. It should be noted that my colleagues present in the other room were witnesses to what happened and above all that the room was not cleaned after my colleague had left! Obviously the owner was unaware of the testimony and therefore continued to maintain that the room was fine even though beyond the sheets the room was very dirty! The next day a nice group check-out! We left all the rooms and cancelled every reservation to demonstrate that something had gone wrong... perhaps at that point they will have started to understand that they had done something wrong. It was a bad experience, sleeping in a room like that, health and hygiene problems of this type must absolutely be reported.
