The ambience was good, the staffs were friendly, the restaurant menu and food was good. The break fast was below average, the room and bathroom needs upgrade, the ac would take ages to cool down room, there was no Gym and Spa(although gym is mentioned in the website). The breakfast was below average. Lack of adequate lighting in the garden area.

came via a tourist bus from Pokhara and a phone call , pick up is there. brilliant start already , receptionists were top notch Ms Shanti and Ms Deepshana were very welcoming and really well trained. and the manager Mr Surendra, what a man. Each and every staff were welcoming , restaurant is super comfy with full a/c Rooms are so nice and the villa is superbly decorated and so clean. Highly recommend. value to money. Thank you all for making our Journey absolutely beautiful and comfortable. We are a visitor from United Kingdom .

The hotel is very good with peaceful environment. The greetings and welcoming in the hotel was very satisfying. The receptionist staff shanti, dipsana and chaya were very helpful. And the service was outstanding. Awesome environment feels like home.

Had wonderful experience in this property....nice ambiance...felt like home thanks to Ms. Dipsana madam for coordinating us in outside activities...overall nce stay..I will recommend this property to all my known...also suggest to visit tharu cultural program

A long dreary bus ride from Kathmandu but was greeted warmly by the restaurant manager Naba. He personally set aside a table for my lunch in the midst of a huge medical conference and made sure I was settled down nicely. A little definitlely goes a long way especially when you travel solo. What an attentive service that is highly recommended in any hotels worldwide. A 7 star shoutout to him and his crew. All hotel staff are friendly and 7 Star hotel is definitely the highlight of my stay in Chitwan.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Seven Star and had an outstanding experience. The staff was welcoming and attentive from the start, and my room was impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable. Dining was a delight with a diverse and delicious menu, especially the impressive breakfast buffet. The exceptional service truly set this hotel apart, with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. I highly recommend the Hotel Seven Star and look forward to returning.

The service was fantastic! Clean and nice room and a friendly staffs. The pool was nice and clean our kids enjoyed a lot and they want to go back already. We loved the greenery around and hats off to the gardening staffs who were working tirelessly to keep the garden area maintained! We would love to go back again.
