Thanks to the manger Surendra, who explained the all the plans in detail to us at the check in, then to out tour guide aka Mr Obama. He is full of knowledge. After that all the staffs for the hospitality. Very clean room, clean ambience, a lot of room supplies. Stayed there for 2 nights. Jan 25 thru 27, 2025 with my family. My parents were the happiest. Very kids friendly. My 3 years old niece made very quick friend with a staff member Anil. We were have to witness the friendliness from allthe staffs.

Located conveniently near the main town area, I found this hotel very good. Room was neat with near new bathroom. There are 2 swimming pools, including a small one for kids, although we didn't use them as we stayed during cold season. Very friendly and professional staff throughout the hotel. Hotel restaurant food was much better than outside restaurants, and being hotel residents, we also got 10% discount on food. With complementary hotel transport and licensed tour guide to take us to various activities and attractions, it was an amazing experience for my family. Highly recommended!

I stayed with 100 guests...We did not face any problem.All the staff are very good, cooperative, supporting,well behaved, presentable...Kudos to the Seven Star team and management .Ms Dipasana,Ms Shanti,Mr Roshan,Mr Navraj are very supportive and professional.They have taken care of all my guests.

The ambience was good, the staffs were friendly, the restaurant menu and food was good. The break fast was below average, the room and bathroom needs upgrade, the ac would take ages to cool down room, there was no Gym and Spa(although gym is mentioned in the website). The breakfast was below average. Lack of adequate lighting in the garden area.

came via a tourist bus from Pokhara and a phone call , pick up is there. brilliant start already , receptionists were top notch Ms Shanti and Ms Deepshana were very welcoming and really well trained. and the manager Mr Surendra, what a man. Each and every staff were welcoming , restaurant is super comfy with full a/c Rooms are so nice and the villa is superbly decorated and so clean. Highly recommend. value to money. Thank you all for making our Journey absolutely beautiful and comfortable. We are a visitor from United Kingdom .

The hotel is very good with peaceful environment. The greetings and welcoming in the hotel was very satisfying. The receptionist staff shanti, dipsana and chaya were very helpful. And the service was outstanding. Awesome environment feels like home.

Had wonderful experience in this property....nice ambiance...felt like home thanks to Ms. Dipsana madam for coordinating us in outside activities...overall nce stay..I will recommend this property to all my known...also suggest to visit tharu cultural program
