Superb service however room was not good for us as too low and edge of themed room a hazard for husband. Restaurant attached food and service top notch as was breakfast and we were shown alternative room on ground floor which would have been better for us _ excellent inter personal skills

First time at The Imperial and we will definitely return. We stayed for 2 nights to recover from surgery and relax. Beds are really comfy but we will probably take our own pillows next time. Breakfast was very good. The hotel sits perfectly between Saundersfoot, Tenby and Narberth. Pembrokeshire is always worth a visit.

Gorgeous hotel, decorated beautifully, such friendly staff. Rooms were lovely. The restaurant food looked good, but we didn’t eat here. About half hour walk from Saundersfoot and a bus stop a 10 minute walk away which takes you to Saundersfoot and Tenby as well as other places

Great location just off main road so easy to find and park. All staff were excellent and really friendly. Delux double room on second floor was larger than expected but like rest of hotel immaculately clean. Great breakfast and excellent food in restraunt. The bathroom is in need of overhaul and sound proofing. If your over 5ft tall then you struggle with shower. However we will happily recommend and look forward to our next visit.

Absolutely fabulous. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The room was very tastefully decorated reflecting an Asian theme. A very peaceful place close to both Saundersfoot and Tenby. Would highly recommend here and hopefully be able to return soon.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. We had a 2 nights stay and enjoyed it just as much as the first time. We stayed in the Japan room. It was spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and the tea facilities were good. Breakfast is very good with a wide variety and everything cooked fresh. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I’m sure that we will be staying here again.

Great location for Saundersfoot and Tenby. Brilliant Service from all the staff (especially Joy). Would highly recommend Lokkeys Restaurant, the Food is delicious. The outside seating area is a lovely environment to relax with a drink on a summers evening.

on first arriving reception staff were friendly, checked if room was ready then showed us the breakfast area and restaurant, .confirmed breakfast time then shown to room on the 1st floor no 12, room was spacious and clean with 4 poster king size bed, tea and coffee making facilities , breakfast was excellent with a good choice of cereals ,yogurts and jams.
