Ambassador city was our favourite destination before pandemic. This was our first visit after Covid. But unfortunately I am very disappointed with their service. Almost all the pools and restaurants were closed. There were no guests. The water flow in the shower was very little and they didn’t provide any vanity kit or shower bath. Even there was no tissue box in the room. The temperature of the air conditioner was fixed. We were not able to control the temperature. The room slippers were dirty too.

Dirty room and swimming pool. Almost staff is South Asian , Few staff can speak Thai.

At that time, my girlfriend and I were not happy with many things about this hotel. So I said that I didn't want to change rooms and would like to check out at all.
