Reception staff very rude. I ordered food from outside without knowing that outside food isnt allowed. Was not allowed to bring it inside. Next morning found insects in their food.

They dont allow outside food inside the hotel. I did not know and had ordered but they didnt let me get food inside. Asked me to throw it away.

Very poor service dirty bedsheet bathroom and room ac an tv not working bathroom geaser leakage and hot water not available bad smell in all room and bathroom

The rooms were nice but it was quite noisy outside because on the ground floor they have utensils washing area and noise was continuously coming from outside which was an issue during night time. Food quality was okay but yeah expensive as in common.
