We were here for a 3 night stay visiting family. We were very pleased with this hotel. Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, in a safe area, and breakfast included. Other reviews mentioned poor upkeep of the rooms, but that was definitely not the case for us. The one thing I found odd was the alignment of the dresser/tv with the bed at the side instead of at the foot. But it turned out to be okay. Breakfast had nice selections of hot and cold items and we enjoyed it. We would definitely stay here again.

As usual, this stay met our expectations because Hampton is consistently high quality. The breakfast was fine, except for the oatmeal; it was gummy and not very appealing.

This motel was fine. The checkin by Ali went very well. I used the Marriott app to check in but still had to go to the desk. What good is mobile checkin? Doesn’t seem to help. The room was clean and neat. No cold water in the sink. Ran the cold tap but it never got cold? Room service was needed and the response was almost immediate. We always try to stay at Courtyard and they are usually okay. This one was no different.

Love this hotel. It was very unique. Each room was named after a president which I found so interesting, i liters walked around each door just to see the plaques. Cleanliness 💯🙌🏾. Quite 😩

I have stayed at a Microtel before and have had good experiences. This one is in a good location; not too far from downtown Omaha and in a quiet location away from traffic noise. When we left the Orpheum Theater after a night performance, the drive avoided downtown traffic and lights. There was little traffic enroute to our hotel. There is a RUNZA right next door and other eating establishments very close. We didn't have time for shopping, but the map shows that there are some options nearby. The queen beds were comfortable and ample pillows were provided. We made use of the mini frig in our room. There was no traffic noise and the front parking area is well-lit. The one complaint that I do have is the bad breakfast: We were told it starts at 6:30. When we went at 7:30, the gravy was barely even room temperature let alone hot, the apple juice tasted like straight water, and the orange juice had a funky flavor- kind of similar to the way mold smells. Thankfully there were fresh apples and bananas in addition to yogurt and dry cereal. If we had a long drive ahead of us, we probably would have needed to supplement this with a fast food breakfast. Despite the disappointing breakfast, we decided we would stay here again next time we are in Omaha.
