The hotel staff and service were friendly, polite, considerate. The room and beds are clean and tidy. Good smell in the corridors. The breakfast is rich, tasty and the food is delicious. The yard areas are beautiful and well-kept, the swimming pool is nice and big. The beach is in the immediate vicinity, and very suitable for swimming. Charming places to eat nearby. The airport is half an hour's drive away, transport €45 (07/23).

Hotel meraviglioso. Vista mare. Bellissima Piscina fronte mare. Mangiare fantàstico. Staff accogliente e sorridente. In particolar modo complimenti ai due Kostas alla reception, ed anche a Anthony. Con tutte le richieste che le abbiamo fatto hano fatto tutto con piacere è sempre col sorriso. George, bell man. Mamma mia un ragazzo molto giovane e con una educazione pazzesca di grande aiuto sempre. Infine allo staff della ristorazione, in particolare modo ad Athina. TOP. Parla benissimo l’italiano. Unica pecca, le camere. Sono un po’ da ristrutturare. Anche se Molto spaziose e confortevoli, sopratutto letto e cuscinj comodissimo ma con qualche soldo in più sarebbe un resprt TOP. Lo consiglio comunque.

Υπεροχη τοποθεσια, ευγενεστατο προσωπικο, πρωινος μπουφες πλουσιος. Οχι ιδιαιτερα μεγαλη πισινα (οι φωτο παντα ξεγελανε...) αλλα καθαρη και γενικα πεντακαθαροι χωροι (εκτος την τουαλετα του εστιατοριου «The Blue»). Ζητησαμε δωματιο με μονα κρεβατια, τα οποια ηταν τελικα πολυ στενα για ενηλικες, πρεπει να ηταν στο πλατος των παιδικων-εφηβικων κρεβατιων. Τα δωματια χρειαζονται επειγοντως συντηρηση. Για τετοιες τιμες στα δωματια, δε δικαιολογουνται αυτα που ειδα!

A great place to stay ticked all of our boxes. The location is excellent the pool is lovely and plenty of sun loungers available on the beach and around the pool. Staff are very friendly breakfast is good plenty to choose from. Rooms were spacious and a great sea view. We stayed for a week bed and breakfast the town of palaia fokaia is only a 5 minute walk which is nice and has a good choice of restaurants. I would recommend this hotel

Cet hôtel classé 5 étoiles est plutôt d’un niveau 3 *. Nous avions réservé deux chb vue jardin ( qui se sont avérées être situées coté/vue parking, et bruyantes) et la chb triple était en réalité une chb double avec un lit de camp en guise de lit d’appoint ( donc pas de confort pour la personne qui dort dans un tel lit pdt 1 semaine). Heureusement, après réclamation le personnel a accepté de changer cette chb et nous avons pu bénéficier d’une chb vue mer autrement plus agréable et spacieuse. Peu de prises ( et mal placées) dans les chb qui mériteraient d’être rafraîchies Le personnel -notamment celui des restaurants et piscine est peu serviable avec la clientèle non locale. Nous avons dressé nous même notre table pour le petit dej a plusieurs reprises ( sous les yeux des serveurs qui n’ont pas bougé) Il nya rien à voir ni à faire à Anavyssos ( donc y passer une semaine sans voiture est assez long) En ce qui concerne les zones piscine/restaurant, la musique y est omniprésente ( et parfois avec un volume assez fort) toute la journée ce qui est franchement désagréable et fatigant même qd on aime la musique! En conclusion le rapport qualité/prix ne nous a pas semblé justifié pour un hôtel qui n’a pas en réalité le standing requis pour un 5 étoiles.

Rooms were not clean, very dated - one smelled like sewage so bad (actually the entire floor did!), one had no working A/C (on a 100 degree August day) - and management tried to "fix" both issues (think liquid plumber and febreze) but refused to move us to acceptable rooms since they were "fully booked". So here we are paying almost 1000 EUR a night for two rooms that we couldn't even stay in. They make sure to take payment before you even see your room, assuming this is why. We left and thankfully, received a refund for the remaining nights that we were supposed to be there. The pool, beach and lobby areas are very nice, so if you don't care where you are sleeping, it will be fine. For the prices they charge, there are plenty of other, nicer places to stay. 5 stars - maybe when they first opened, but now, the only thing 5 star about this place is the price. Unfortunately, I can't post pictures of the smell or the heat, but here are some that show how the rooms are in desperate need of renovation.

So pleased with Plaza hotel! Went only for one night as part of Greece trip and they showed us incredible hospitality, top service and new and fresh facilities. Clean private beach, fresh breakfast, immaculate rooms and most importantly hotel staff going extra mile to accommodate guests. Thank you for that!

Les chambres vzndues pour 4 ne sont pas appropriées pour 4 personnes , les installations sont vieillottes. La nourriture très médiocre, le personnel à moitié aimable et pas serviable. La musique a fond autour de la piscine alors que le public est plutôt familles et personnes âgées. Insupportable

I was at this hotel last week with my family, everything was fine but the most amazing memory of our stay there was our waiter Tania. She is really kind, very helpful with everything, absolute professional and it's really cool that she speaks many languages. Overall it was a pleasant experience:)
