I was invited here as a guest with friends and we had high hopes for our stay at Saronida Hills, but we were deeply disappointed. The cleanliness was below expectations; the apartment was poorly maintained. Despite being marketed as luxurious, the amenities were very anverage and the overall experience was far from what was promised. It’s also far away from shops and restaurants which was ok because we had a car, but it was another bad point. The view was great but it here are many other better places with equal or better views. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs.

This is definitely not a luxury experience. We arrived at the property but we could not stay here because it was so far from any shops or places to eat. It is also very basic. There is nowhere in walking distance to have breakfast or go to a shop. You have to drive everywhere. There are no staff on site. They send you an entry code on the day of your arrival for ‘self check in’ so it is very difficult to ask any questions. The pool is not heated and is very cold. When complaining about this and saying none of this was made clear to us, the owner and reservation staff were extremely uncooperative. They suggested we order breakfast by a ‘deliveroo’ like service and get taxis everywhere. We asked if they'd consider to refund one of the three nights but they refused outright and showed no flexibility or understanding. They're within their rights to do this because of the cancellation policy - but it shows a huge lack of hospitality experience and co-operation with guests. I strongly recommend to avoid Saronida hills.

The rooms are basic, not luxurious. The location is far away from everything. The staff were nice but unhelpful. We decided not to stay here in the end and go somewhere much more luxurious and with brilliant service, for a similar price. Suggest you consider other options before staying here.

Disappointingly, the property does not live up to the expectations from what shown in description and photos. Although it looks rather contemporary, the term “luxurious” cannot be associated with the place because there is complete lack of refinement and details in the interior furnishing and amenities. The LED lighting is so bad that it reminds of an almost dormitory or hostel fluorescence kind of ambience. This is not a boutique hotel, this is just a newly-built investment property venturing in self-check-in hospitality business, therefore do not expect any services or even security personnels on-site who could be of any assistance. And it is also poorly maintained, which can tell from the deteriorating decoration and stains in particular outdoor terraces that is unusual given its recent built. We have booked the largest of the suites with duplex, but for the price we paid it is not worth it. Do not consider the lesser suites either for the sole reason that you cannot possibly manage to carry heavy luggage down the steep steps without the thoughts of tripping all the way down in a precarious way. The immediate surrounding of the place is still pretty barren and under excavation and construction. Overall it just feels bleak, blend and overpriced for what it is. The view it offers however is amazing

We love the outstanding view! However, one has to be extremely careful driving to the property and walking throughout the property. The drive to the property is a climb (make sure you go slow and have all-wheel drive). It pays off once you get to the property. Once you enter the front door, you are immediately met with concrete stairs (without railings). The door opens inward. So that means there is less clearance for a person to walk down the stairs. It would be safer if the door opened outward to give more clearance for people to walk down the stairs. There is a ramp for accessibility. However, the ramp is extremely narrow without railings and it is extremely steep with a huge drop-off on the side. One could easily fall off this ramp. Please be careful. Honestly, the front area is dangerous especially when both the stairs and the ramp are exposed to the elements. So if it rains, both the ramp and stairs are extremely slick. There is an elevator but it does not go all the way down. So if you are staying in the rooms below, you will have to go down multiple flights of stairs with luggage. These stairs are also steep and exposed to the elements. So again, if it rains, the stairs are extremely slick. Please be careful. It would be helpful if the hotel could have the elevator go down to all of the rooms. The room itself is nice. However, the staff only emptied the trash once. The stay was for a week but the staff only emptied the trash once. The towels were replaced only once. It would be helpful if the staff did more without having the request fresh towels and the trash to be emptied.
