Nice hotel to stay especially in Shinsaibashi Area. Nearby to Metro Station. Easy and smooth check in and check out. The price also affordable please maintain the price cheapest one 🥰🥰🥰

Great hotel! This was our first booking through Trip, and it didn't disappoint. The staff are warm, approachable, and always eager to assist. Our room is small, but it has everything we need for a cozy stay, and the tub was a real highlight – soaking in it after a day of exploring made a huge difference in our energy levels the next day. The location is also convenient - subway across the street, Dotonbori around 700m away, konbini just outside the hotel. Breakfast has variety so you won't go hungry if you're a picky eater like me. There's even kale juice for vegans! There's coin laundry in the 2nd floor too. We'd love to stay here again next time we visit Osaka. Thank you! 😊❤️

Room is not small compared to its price, you have everything you need in the room, if not just contact to the staff and they are very helpful. Location is easy to find and just next to subway station. Will choose this hotel again.

The room is not very big but clean and cozy, good enough for a short stay.

This hotel 5mins walk to shinshaibashi 10-15mins walk to dotonbori and all train are very near infront and beside the hotel the location is very accessible it’s recommended near to 7/11 and some restaurants.. the cleanliness is good, room and toilet are small, but some staff dont know the to entertain the customers nicely and if you stay less than 8days they will not clean your room and there’s no free bottled water thats the downside.. breakfast buffet almost same everyday.. so all in all only the location are recommend..but not bad for the price..

Location is accessible to subway and shopping. Rooms ok. Breakfast ok - limited choices for vegetarians. Only downside is they don't provide drinking water and toiletries which we need to pay being a 4-star hotel.

Good location (100m from subway), friendly staff. Walking distance from the city center.

Surprised with the high ratings but upon arrival and my stay, there was little to be desired. Room had traces of mold and it felt like it was cleaned in a rush. It’s ok for the price but I would top up more for a cleaner hotel and the inclusion of amenities.

Very good. Will stay again.
