Een prima en schoon hotel, halverwege een berg. Vlakbij het centrum. 15min Berg opwaarts in rustig tempo. Personeel erg vriendelijk. Ontbijtbuffet is prima, keus genoeg. Kamers zijn ok. Helaas geen lift aanwezig. Klein winkeltje er naast, voor bv water.

Located a fair walk up the hill from the main square. With luggage you need to be dropped-off outside. The public spaces are clean and fresh but the rooms are drab and somewhat tired. The bathrooms have seen much better days and all surfaces slope so everything falls off them. You'll want to be spending as much time as possible away from this hotel. The breakfast was just about acceptable and the coffee was awful.

A well maintained hotel situated at the top of a hill close to Bascarsija, old town. The roms are very modern inside which is not obvious from the exterior of the property. Good sized comfy bed and clean linen. Rooms to the rear have balconies but no view. There is no lift. There is no bar and the lounge area is just seating (there is a refrigeration unit where you can buy a few drinks). Staff are lovely (limited English spoken) and a bag of laundry is just Euro10 and was done in a few hours (excellent service) Good WiFi and great security with a door code entry system. As stated it is at the top of a hill, about 7-8 mins to walk into the old town but a good 15-25 (depending on weather) walk back and there are no shops/cafes/bar close by (small shop with very irregular hours) and the hotel does not offer meals other than breakfast. Breakfast was an average continental, bread and jams, cheese, sliced meat, boiled eggs; no yoghurt or fruit. Coffee was okay and other drinks are provided (kettle on the side) though on 2nd day the tea options had run very low.

A neat hotel on the edge of the center. In a quiet street. The rooms are quite a bit dated. And there are many small things that are defective. Or need urgent maintenance.
