Отличный отель, хорошее месторасположение, недалеко есть торговый центр, кафе и магазины, есть бесплатная парковка, хорошие завтраки. Мы приехали на заселение поздно вечером, нас покормили в баре. Номера небольшие, ремонт в номере немного устарелый, в номере есть гели для душа и мыло, это уже хорошо по европейскому сервису. Для того чтобы переночевать пару ночей отлично!

非常糟糕，前台是個種族主義者。我訂錯了一晚酒店當天申請也不給退款，而且非常玩弄得感覺説“no money for you（沒錢給你。）”，説的就好像我是債主一樣，本身應該退回的錢要握在手裡不給。由於外面下大雨，我衹好定了一晚酒店，酒店房間沒有WiFi，信號差，在房間內沒法刷視頻做任何工作，且被子衹是薄薄的一個單子。 第一次在國外住這麼糟糕的酒店。

Nur wenige Minuten von der Zugstation bzw. dem Busbahnhof Sarajevo entfernt liegt das Hotel Grand.
Die Zimmer waren sehr komfortabel eingerichtet und im Gebäude war es angenehm ruhig.
Vor dem Hotel stehen viele Parkplätze kostenlos zur Verfügung.
Bei der Anreise empfehle ich den Weg über die Straße 'Halida Kajtaza' da man ansonsten von der anderen Seite durch ein unwegsames Wohngebiet mit sehr engen Straßen fahren muss.
