Friendly, great breakfast, clean room. Not far from Old Town, 6 tram stops, but need to walk to tram station about 15-20 minutes.

호텔 방에는 아무 것도 없었다. 물이나 포트(coffee pot)는 물론 컵도 없었다. 카운터에서 물을 마실 때 어떻게 하느냐고 물었더니 물은 수도물을 마시면 되고 더운 물은 호텔 바에서 마시라고 했다. 수도물을 마시더라도(사라예보는 수도물을 마실 수 있음) 최소한 컵은 있어야 마시지 않을까?
결국 물을 마시든지 더운 물을 마시든지 커피를 마시든지 호텔 바에서 하라는 얘기로 해석되었다.
호텔 카운터의 젊은 여자는 매우 사무적인 태도로 대했다. 그것은 성격 문제로 넘어가겠는데 중요한 정보를 알려 주지 않았을 뿐 아니라 오히려 거짓 정보를 주었다.
올드 시티에 가려면 어떻게 가는냐고 물었더니 미대사관 앞 트램역에서 타고 가면 되고 구글 맵을 보면 다 알 수 있다고 했다. 그런데 올드 시티로 가는 트램 3번은 지금은 공사때문에 운행을 하고 있지 않았다. 그것을 모르고 30분 가량 기다리다가 현지 사람에게 물어보고 현재 운행되지 않는다는 것을 알았다.
카운터의 다른 나이 든 여자는 매우 친절했다. 호텔에 돌아와서 상황을 물어보니 친절히 설명해 주었다.
이 호텔은 오래전에 지어진 호텔로 상대히 큰 규모이고 로컬 사람들이 많이 이용하는 것 같았다. 그런데 왜 이런 식으로 서비스 하는지 이해할 수 없었다. 사라예본의 모든 호텔이 이런 식으로 운영하는 것이 기본인가?
이 호텔의 장점은 아침이 괜찮다는 것이고 버스 터미널에서 아주 가깝다는 점이다. 우리가 이 호텔을 선택한 이유는 버스 터미널에서 가까와서 였다.
