関東から80代両親と夫婦、高校生の5人で3泊利用しました。
初めての民泊でしたが、清潔で、収納も広く、全般的にはとても快適に過ごすことができました。
特に毎日洗濯、乾燥が出来大変助かりました。
また、チェックイン、チェックアウトがなく、すぐに部屋を使うことができ、玄関横にレンタカーが置けたので、両親も喜んでいました。
インター、駅から近いのもよかったです。
ただ、アメニティが少し少なかったように思います。
インバウンドの方なら十分でしょうが、日本の方はご注意下さい。
和食器（飯茶碗、汁椀）✕5客、風呂の桶、風呂洗剤、台ふきん又はキッチンペーパー、一階の部屋にテレビ、読書灯、2階にモップはありません。
その分、マグカップ、タオル、バスタオルがたくさんあるので、代用しました。
炊飯器はないですが、ガス台に炊飯機能があり、道産米を美味しく炊くことが出来ました。
もう一つ蓋つき鍋、フライパンの蓋、高さがある枕があるとよかったです。
寝室は真暗過ぎて寝付きが悪く、ブライドから朝日が漏れるので朝は4時過ぎから目覚めました。
国道の暴走族を含め北海道を実感した旅でした。

Good stay, hotel nearby to subway station exit (underground walkway). Very convinient if have to catch first train to airport. Walking distance to sapporo station, odori park. Nearby attraction
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Able to speak in english.
Room was clean. Standard size but confortable.

Very nice location right next to the metro station. Room is big enough for us to open a total of 4 luggage. There's just 1 downside about city, parking always is quite annoying though. It's nothing about the hotel, it's just the parking space and the cost are pretty expensive. Anyways, thanks for the service, and if I'm returning back to Sapporo, will definitely back in this hotel.
