Because the air conditioning was centrally managed, I couldn't adjust the temperature in the room, so the room was very hot and uncomfortable for two of the three nights. I asked them to turn on the air conditioning in the room where I was staying. However, this time it was too cold, so I ended up turning off the air conditioning and filling the bathtub with hot water to sleep because I couldn't adjust the temperature in the room. I'm starting to feel a bit sick now. The hotel is located underground from Sapporo Station, so you can enter and exit without getting hit by snow or rain. The interior is clean, and I was very impressed with the hospitality and friendliness of the cleaning staff, not to mention the front desk. I have been coming to Sapporo every six months for the past ten years to visit graves, communicate with friends, and refresh myself. Since Century has stopped operating, I used Grace for the first time this time. I will not be staying here again, but I would appreciate it if you would consider it.

The location is great! My husband and I stayed in the room, but it felt a little cramped. It may be unavoidable due to the structure, but it was a little disappointing that the TV was hard to see.

The location is great, but if the main activity area is on the Tanuki Trail, it is not recommended to stay here, because basically you can only walk back and forth, which will really make your legs weak.

The hotel is located across the street from the south exit of JR Sapporo Station, and with easy access to a big shopping area as well as JR and metro systems through the underground pedestrian system. The single-person room I stayed for five nights is not large, but a comfortable one. A double bed with a high-quality firm mattress enables me enjoy my sleep every night. The central air-conditioning system works very well, not dry nor noisy. The only thing I would add in the room is a small safe box. Overall, it's a very nice deal.
