S12 Hotel

I arrived late at night on the day I was scheduled to stay, and was surprised to see cigarette butts and trash littering the entrance. When I entered the entrance, the entrance was covered in mud, and I couldn't wear my slippers because of the sand and dust. I had no choice but to go to the living room barefoot, and the sofa was broken and I couldn't sit on it. There was no air conditioning in the bedroom, the corners of the bedroom were covered in dust, and there was a lot of hair. When I contacted them to say that I couldn't stay like this, they said they would halve the cancellation fee, but a cancellation fee would still apply. Since it was late at night, I couldn't find another place to stay, so I stayed for one night, but I couldn't sleep. I checked out the next morning, but they charged me half the total amount for the stay. It was the first time I'd been treated like this at a Japanese accommodation, and it was very disappointing that my trip was ruined.
