Very convenient to travel, there are restaurants nearby, good atmosphere, clean rooms.

Nice location，nearly to JR station，but you can only store the luggage until 1pm after check-out and it‘s not easy to find a locker at JR Station because it’s so full

This hotel is Close to the JR station! However, not many restaurants nearby. You have to go back to the JR station.

It’s my 2nd times stayed in this hotel, Very convenient location and just 5 mins walk to shopping malls & JR station. Room condition still new, Clean & tidy. Sure will stay here again.

Close to station and convenience store, hotel room is clean and provides basis amenity you need in a room. Convenient, cost effective and overall great!

I super like this hotel on my trip. The reason because the location is good, near to Sapporo station like 5 mins. So no need worry about carry the heavy luggage. And the nearby shopping mall named Sapporo Stellar Place, also come with alots nice foods. Nearby has 7 eleven, opposite has Lawson. So I will not get hungry 😋. Also, with walking distance, can walk to the Odori Park, Sapporo clock tower, Sapporo TV tower and Tanukikoji Shopping Street. So no need to take train. The room quite small space but just fit for two person. And their breakfast quite nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Worse hotel service and attitude. The toilet was blocked after flushing, called counter for help. It was fixed after 15 minutes with my own assistance. Luggage storage only until 13:00 on that day, what a ridiculous point on saying that the hotel was too small to store luggage for customers. They will tell you that luggage storage is available in Sapporo station. Remember that if you have large luggage to be stored, lockers aren’t available and it’s charged. Location was good. All around great hotel. A couple things I found peculiar was we were denied 1 extra pillow and the other members that we traveled with was denied extra key cards as they were issued 1 by the check in staff at the lobby where we got 2 when we checked in from the machine.

Location is great, fairly near to the JR station. Facilities are ok, could've used more or better laundry machines.

The plac is so good. Near sapporo station It is comfortable! And so clean i will go again next time for sure

This is a splendid hotel. The staff are top class, nothing was a problem. It's very close to Sapporo JR station. The property is immaculate, it feels like brand new. Our room was typical Japanese, cosy 😉. We used the laundry and it was spotless too. Well worth booking this hotel 5🌟
