I stayed here for 3 nights on business. I think it's in a great location.
The breakfast was pretty much the same for all 3 nights, so I think it would be good for people staying for a long time if the menu changed each day.
The building is quite old, but it seems to be very clean.

The hotel is a bit old but the service is good. The parking is a bit far to walk, 24 hours 1300 yen. The hotel is in a very good location, close to shopping areas. The breakfast is good. Stayed for 1 night for 2 people with breakfast 1800, very cheap.
