Very clean. Large communal bath. Breakfast is served at the Yayoi-ken restaurant for a reasonable 1000 yen. There is a free coffee machine in the basement lounge.

The hotel is near Exit 22 of the JR さっぽろ subway station. Connected to the JR 札幌駅 station, distinguished by the way of writing Chinese characters and Hiragana, so it was a bit confusing at first. Opposite the hotel is a very pretty hydrangea garden. There is a small supermarket on the side of the road, convenient for buying food. The bathhouse is open until 1am the next morning, so even if you check in late at 12am, you can still experience it. The room is larger than the Tokyo Nagoya areas I have stayed in.

It takes about 11 minutes to get to Sapporo Station, and Yayoiken is located on the first floor.
There is also a large communal bath in the basement, so I was able to relax.

Hotel with public bath within building. Easy to get to and fro from Sapporo Station (exit 24 with lift access).
Nice touch with the pillow corner at the reception to allow guests to take an extra pillow with the firmness/ softness of their choice.
