雖未見過房東面，但在對接過程中可以感受到房東是很熱心的，對生活品質有要求的。
交通便利：民宿坐落在上中裏地鐵站，離池袋和上野都很近。
民宿三層，每層面積不大，行李箱多的會有些局部：
房間：但房間足夠多，4個房間，可以住8人；
廚房：有備調味料，可以自己做飯；
浴室：有配電視，小孩特別喜歡，一邊泡澡一邊電視；
社區周邊足夠安靜，地鐵站對面有個大型超市，可以更好體驗當地生活。
