A very pleasant surprise in this hotel. Small but beautiful. Very clean, big room. There seemed to be a lot of people when checking in, but no one was there when we were taking a bath. There were handmade matcha and different local teas in the rest area, ice cream and udon for supper after bathing, but the only drawback was that the main meal was not a surprise, very ordinary. By the way, the hotel has a free shuttle bus to and from JR Sapporo Station. I only found out about it on the way back. I wasted the money.

라멘은 사람이 너무 많아서 못 먹었지만 공짜 아이스크림에 온천 물도 너무 좋았고 개인온천은 차가운 물로 온도를 조절할 수 있게 해두어서 뜨거운걸 못 견디는 저는 너무 좋았어요.
저녇 식사는 최고였고 조식은 그럭저럭 나쁘지 않았습니다

想説的是預訂了這家酒店就是想出來開開心心的過個聖誕夜 價格也是不便宜的 結果在吃完晚飯在酒店餐廳門口的酒架子上拿了一壺梅酒準備喝 喝完了才發現裏面有個很大的指甲 剪下來的那種 頓時被噁心到了 但是一壺酒已經喝完了 找到了酒店工作人員 他們一臉無所謂的樣子 然後告知他們會曝光他們 他們才來道歉 只有道歉沒有任何別的補償行為 關鍵是 不是頭髮而是噁心的指甲也不知道泡在酒裏多久 還被我喝完了一整壺 這輩子也沒遇到這麼噁心的事 後面讓我等答覆 等來就又是道歉 沒有任何想要補償的意思 就是自認倒黴了遇到這種事 真的不可能再來了 各方面服務都不行 勸大家也不要來 別的選擇很多 都比這家好
