The place is very beautiful, safe, quiet, and very clean. The reception staff are cooperative, welcoming, and have good manners. The service staff are quick to respond and friendly in dealing. Services are available in the place and it is close to everything you need. I highly recommend it.

First I would like to say that this facility has the best quest relations service ever that I faced, but i will come to that later. I stayed at "Stone House with Swimming Pool" for 4 nights with my family. The furniture, 2 bathrooms and kitchen must be renovated, to be honest all house has to be renovated, it is an old house. when you look at exterior photos you really like the house but do not forget to ask for the interior photos as well. 1st we realize that hot water system doesnt work, they send someone and fixed it properly. Then we realized that wifi doesnt work at all. They send someone the other day and nothing happened. The wifi at that particular house is the slowest and worst internet that i faced so far. It took ages to open one single page. The sheet on the bed was stained. Next day we file our complains and they send 2 cleaning ladies which they had done a good job and cleaned whole house from top to bottom which had to be done at the beginning. Other than those problems garden was good and covered with trees and walls, it has a private garden and private parking spot for 1 car. If you have more than 1 car, no problem, there are plenty space for parking. Guest relations was very sincere, kind and helpfull, and they took immediate action for our complaints. Whenever we need support they were ready with their great attitude. They have a cafeteria in the middle of facility and there was a lady who put her feet on the sofa. I tried to ask her something which she didnt answer and Didn't even bother to get her feet off the sofa. Then it appeared that she's one of the owners, that rude attitude can not be accepted, she's so lucky to have such perfect guest relations service (Cigdem, Buse & Elif). The house that we stayed " Stone House with Swimming Pool" has to be immediately stop accepting guests and renovation has to be started.

Dirty and old hotel. Nothing like their website pictures. Stinky rooms . I took a cold shower (no hot water) with flip flops cause its just dirty. I used 5 wipes to clean the baby feeding chair. Thats how dirty this place is. Stinky bathroom and old vibe. Almost everything broken and dusty. Horrible breakfast which is not even cheap, oily and just bad in general.

My 2nd time here, everything was very good in the first time, the location is very central but on the other hand it is very quiet, you wake up in the morning with the sounds of birds. the common areas in the garden are wonderful, the villas are very beautiful, the breakfast is very delicious, the whole team is made up of female employees and they are all very kind.

Kaldığımız villa çok güzeldi. Birçok kafe, restoran, market ve atm'lere çok yakın. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımseverlerdi onlara ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Tekrar konaklamak isteyeceğim yerlerden biri oldu.

Kaldığımız ev güzel, temiz ve konforluydu. Müşteri ilişkileri çok ilgiliydi. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Kırkpınar merkezinde her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Doğası çok güzel. Evlerin bulunduğu ortak alan ve kafe ortamı vakit geçirmek için güzel. Keyifli zaman geçirdik.

We went there for a celebration after my wedding and it was an absolute blast. The staff were so attentive and the villas were really all in one. I would suggest the stonehouse villa if you need a pool. There are usually a lot of scammers in beautiful Sapanca but Kirkpinar Villa is already well established and they have a website available in 3 languages as well.

Wrong information is given, I canceled the reservation the next day because the children were sick, they said that the down payment would be refunded to you if the same villa was sold, and they said it was sold on the same day, we will refund it, but they did not pay. It has been 15 days, I asked 10 times, they said it takes time to pay, they said we will not give it back today. So, it is a new rule every day. It comes out at the hotel, be careful, don't trust it.

Everything was perfect. The employees are very attentive and friendly. Our villa was wonderful, we plan to go again soon. I recommend it to everyone, the 4-bedroom villa is incredibly large and can accommodate approximately 15 people comfortably. Everything, including the baby bed, has been considered. It was incredibly enjoyable to sit around the fire burning in the garden. Thank you everyone.

After we had our child, we longed for a winter holiday. We had a wonderful weekend with our 4-year-old child and our group of friends, in the comfort of a hotel and in the freedom of a detached villa with a garden. Everything a house would need was taken into consideration, the employees were friendly and made us feel at home. We thank you for everything !

The smiling faces of all the staff and the service they provide are absolutely very nice and sincere. The distance between the villas and the garden area provided to you are quite satisfactory. Only the villa we stayed in had a slightly damp smell and was stuffy, we think this was due to the season. It offers a life experience in nature where you can spend time comfortably with your family and friends. Thanks to its location, you can easily access everything you may need from outside.

Considering both its location and service approach, the facility has features that can easily accommodate large families with children. We enjoyed it very much as 3 families of 4 people each. Children can play comfortably in the open area, where staff constantly ask "Do you need anything?" “We were very pleased that they immediately met our needs. Thank you very much.
