It is said to be the best hotel in Sao Paulo. It is my first time here. Everything is very good, the transportation is convenient, and the rooms are very high-end. Recommended!

It’s a very bad Rosewood restaurant with no five-star experience. The waiters are worse than the cleaning staff and they make you wait for half an hour for check-in after 14:00. The after-sales checkout problem is also terrible. It’s an unimaginable experience.

Incrível estrutura, porém equipe muito mal treinada, eu diria até arrogantes!!! Fiquei impressionado como um hotel 6 estrelas possui um staff tão ruim. Desde a recepção até as refeições tivemos todo tipo de problemas. Exemplos: pedimos uma água no check in que só veio após a terceira solicitação, 30 min após, o mesmo aconteceu com o café após a sobremesa, que pedimos, 30 min, nossa sobremesa no Taraz levou 40 min para ser servida e ainda veio errada. Pedimos para ligar a hidromassagem para 5 pessoas e demorou incríveis 2 horas e por aí vai …

Lugar realmente muito diferente, vale a visita. Decoração e ambientes extremamente bem planejados. Bom gosto e requinte. Preço obviamente bem salgado. O cardapio é bastante variado e a comida muito boa. Algumas entradas bem interessantes pra experimentar.
