B&B Hotel São Paulo Luz - Centro - Photo Gallery

Nice designed hotel. Small but cozy room with a refrigirator. Close to Luz station. We stayed 5 nights. On the second night the a/c failed so we had to change the room. Than until the rest of our stay we had no hot water and i had to take a shower in a different room. The staff was very attentive and did their best but when I asked to talk to PR fir a compensatipn i was ignored. It is not a nice area after dark. Many homeless people and a lot of garbage in the streets next to the hotel.

Cheap clean eventhough location wasnt that good breakfast was good. Thats why i came here again.

Comfortable but small room. The hotel is 2 minutes from the nearest metro station so it has great links to get across the city. Breakfast was good. Take care outside the hotel as the surrounding streets done feel that safe. It took 25 minutes to check in

Very close to the Luz subway station. Very cozy room. There is a restaurant open at night with very tasty pizza. Excellent breakfast and very good service.

Excellent location, very clean, comfortable, and nice hotel! The staff was also very friendly throughout our stay, and the restaurant's pizzas were delicious!

I didn't like the service, I wasn't satisfied with the cleanliness and accommodation. The only positive point is that it was close to where we needed to go, but I won't stay at this hotel again. Average breakfast.

The room and service are both satisfactory! Every day I took my thermos to the restaurant on the first floor to ask for agua caliete, haha, and then the people in the restaurant knew me... Later, I didn't need to ask what I wanted to drink when I went to eat, they just told me. The weather was not good in the first few days, it rained every day, but the weather was good on the last day, I went out to see a few museums and squares, it was pretty good! If I have the chance, I will consider staying here again.

Worst stay I've ever had in my life. Shower broken, drain didn't go down. Bathroom flooded and wet the room. Room does not have a telephone and the only means of contact is WhatsApp, but they do not respond. The reception staff ignored the problems, they just suggested changing the room, which was a smaller room than the one I had paid for! Terrible!

Great experience, good location, very comfortable and meets all needs!!
