The overall experience is very good. The environment and hygiene are good. The room is large and the lighting is good. The front desk staff can speak English. There are also many restaurants and attractions around. It is very suitable for both business trips and vacations.

Privileged location. You can walk to Ibirapuera Park. Breakfast well served. And a great pool to enjoy on sunny days. The hotel just needs to be better organized when it comes to restocking breakfast when it is fully occupied. Other than that, it's an excellent hotel.
