Hotel perfeito; tive um problema com um pedido de almoço mas fui encantada pelo maitre Alexandre que com toda sua simpatia após 2 horas de atraso do pedido e eu ficaria sem me alimentar pois estava em Reuniao, conseguiu acelerar o pedido de uma outra forma me deixando satisfeita a tempo do meu compromisso. Me hospedei por duas noites no hotel. O Hotel limpo e conta com excelente estrutura. O café da manhã do hotel é excepcional! Jantei no restaurante do hotel a comida é muito boa, sobremessas irresistíveis, mas o grande destaque foi o Sr Osiel, que me prestou um excelente atendimento! Ótimo profissional!

I hadn’t been to Sao Paolo for a couple of years and stayed at the Grand Mercure. I had the privilege to have breakfast at the Aquarelle, two days in a row. Where my company and I were served by waiter Marcos. From the moment we walked in, he welcomed us with a smile and greeted and served us in a very warm manner. He memorized our orders (6 people) without taking a single note. And everything was served in a effective and timely matter. Seeing Marcos in action reminds us that ‘waiting / waiter profession’ is truly an art. Which in addition to his warm personality, he has mastered.
