I went to São Paulo, as I do every 3 months, for a follow-up exam and a consultation at the Kidney Hospital near the hotel. I had a kidney transplant and when I went to check out I asked the receptionist for an invoice. But to my surprise he said he could not provide an invoice because I had purchased it through Trip, but the hotel showed it as ********** to him (I don't know why). He advised me to find out who I paid Trip to. I contacted you via chat. I made a reservation number *********** paid on 09/25/24 for R$667.38 with Trip.com and stayed at the Green Place Flat Ibirapuera. At the time of the reservation, Trip sent a receipt by email. When I checked out of the hotel I requested the invoice and the attendant said they could not provide it since I had purchased it through **********. I immediately contested it and said it was through TRIP.COM, but he insisted saying that it showed ********** to them. Regardless, he did NOT provide the invoice and said that it was paid for and purchased by Trip, so TRIP should issue and provide the INVOICE. I have a transplant and went for a routine exam and consultation at Hrim and I URGENTLY need the invoice for reimbursement from UNIMED, which does not accept receipts, only invoices with CNPJ.
