Romantic Hotels in Sanya

The view is partially very beautiful (except for the extremely ugly buildings below and around the hotel). The location isn't directly on the beach but it's very close. Very nice location. It's close to all the shops as well. The facilities are nice, however, the bath robes I had were extremely worn, frayed and haggard. I definitely would not keep it in any hotel. The TV and bedside light were broken. These things should be easy to fix? I was in one of the more expensive rooms. This is just negligence and easily avoidable by the hotel. Customer service is very delightful. They did offer me free snacks and drinks upon arriving, in order to give more time to prepare the room. The snacks and fruit are in the photo. That was nice. I also came back to the hotel one day to find a birthday cake in my room. Quite delicious and very thoughtful. I really appreciated that. Very good gesture, thank you! If the price was cheaper I would go there again. However, there are better hotels around for this price. Still, it's very nice.

We stayed in 4 different hotels during this vacation and Pullman Yalong was by far the most disappointing one, although to be honest part of it comes from expectations. Pullman Yalong is a decent 3-4 star hotel, whose main problem is that expectations associated with the brand make it seem to be something it is not. Chinese breakfast is actually quite decent and has a wide range including MaLaTang, if you are craving Western food though it probably isn't worth the price. They have a big sign near the lobby recommending that you should not bring delivery food to your room, due to health and safety reasons, but feel free to ignore that. We ordered both room service and outside delivery on several occasions and deliveries were definitely a better option. Plus there is a food court and a supermarket not far from the hotel. The pool is quite big and its lower section is well shaded as well which a plus. However it was a major disappointment that the slide was closed(long term) as well as the cool cave you might see on the hotel's photos. On top of that there are some downright ridiculous designs ideas including a horrible pool access and sharp edge stairs inside the pool. The beach in Yalong is all public, but the access to it is limited by occasional path between some of the front row resorts. What this means in practice is that you will have a bit of a walk having to go around Marriot in Pullman's case. The room was OK, even had a bath and a walk-in wardrobe. The high point was the balcony above the pool. Signs of disrepair are visible around the hotel, but to be honest this seems to be the Yalong/Sanya standard at least for the 4 star hotels we stayed in. Jacky, I hope I got the name right, who worked in the lobby/shuttle car was great though. Not because he spoke good English(which he did), but because he had a problem solving attitude and wasn't afraid to approach guests to offer help.

Sanya Conifer Hotel was THE BEST! The view from the rooftop bar and pool is insanely beautiful. We got upgrade to a sea view room on arrival. This was such a treat. The room was big and spacious with a bath tub on the balcony. They also gave complimentary fruit and water. The whole hotel was so clean. Buffet breakfast was included and had a very big Chinese and Western variety. Right infront of the hotel is a beach where you are allowed to swim. The sun set from the beach and the hotel is very nice. I would recommend this hotel! The staff also tried to assist and help as much as they could. One day it was raining and we got umbrellas to use. We also booked in at 12:00 pm and the staff was ready to assist us even at that time of the night.

EXCELLENT ROOM, EXCELLENT SERVICES, EXCELLENT BREAKFAST! It’s one of the greatest experience ever! The chefs, the staff and the services were impeccable! We were frequent travellers and we were in awe by the scale of the hotel, the landscape, the design to details, we had one of the best stay ever! Kudos to executive chef Markus and chef Made of Babacoa, they provide us with extra care and hospitality! We were so blessed to know them! U have direct access to the beach and so many restaurants to choose from! We didn’t even leave to anywhere except to the duty free centre which is only 5 mins away. We love it so much!

The rooms at the hotel are very spacious. They are also very convenient for people who plan to have long stays as I have. The rooms have a microwave and a stove which make it easy for guests to prepare their own meals if they wish to do so. The area surrounding the hotel building is also great for walking around and exercising outside

Amazing! I would like to admit that Iris who was working at the reception was the best helper, very professional, kind and friendly person. The room was clean, quite new and very comfortable! Cozy room, nice swimming pool and beautiful view!

Absolutely amazing experience at the MO! From the moment you arrive (and before even, when I called ahead,) the level of service is nothing short of excellent! Every single member of staff is polite, helpful, kind and really goes above and beyond! I had everything I needed and more, and at every step I was made to feel welcome. A few absolute shining lights: Alex at check in who was kind enough to upgrade my room to an Ocean View King, Nicky, Chloe and Ryan at the Sunset Bar were absolutely wonderful - and my poolside dining experience was beyond incredible! Caroline at Fresh (superb dining with the best view) Nick and Dennis at the pool bringing water, snacks and being very patient with my requests for the umbrella to be put up and down. Sunny at breakfast for a very warm welcome. Honestly - I’ve never had an experience like this - the attention to detail, the care, the kindness were just all excellent. The rooms are very comfortable and all amenities are provided for. The fruit plate was replenished and was so thoughtfully and beautifully presented. There are three pools to choose from, all idyllic. I ate at Fresh and the Sunset Bar, and both were amazing. The cocktails at the Sunset Bar are sublime! The breakfast is divine - definitely something for everyone: there are so many choices! The only slightly disappointing part was that swimming in the sea isn’t really encouraged. It’s very rocky and full of coral so not really a pleasant walk either, but the view is lovely. I visited after staying in Yalong Bay, and I will say it was nice to be in a quieter location. I will never forget this stay, and am looking forward to visiting again! Thank you, thank you to everyone at MOSAN!

Overall this time at the Rosewood Sanya was truly exceptional. As an avid admirer of the Rosewood brand, I was delighted to stay in one of their pool rooms. The attentive service of our butler, Nanncy, both during our stay and with her pre-arrival communications, was incredibly heartwarming. The breakfast spread was abundant and indulgent, while the infinity pool offered breathtaking views. However, the only minor drawback was the excessive softness of the bed. Nonetheless, I've already arranged with Nanncy to ensure firmer bedding arrangements upon my next visit. A truly memorable experience encapsulated in just a few words.

Wow , wow wow, the best 5 star hotel, of my life, i was in many places, and high quality ranking hotel, if you read my comment and just thinking to choose between this park hyatt or an other trust me just take it, i suggest to much that i choose + to parkhyat in my staying in Sanya intercontinental + Mgm, the level of comparison not exist, the park hyat staff amazing, the reception, LUNA , and i will repeat Luna , she assist us the best assitance, bring for us small gift , make us feel the highest level of hospitality, they did for us a surprise it was honneymoon cake ,the pool it great, the architecture amazing .
