非常滿意這家公寓，位置，設施，裝修，衞生，服務都很不錯的，位置呢就在海棠灣海昌夢幻不夜城的旁邊，離亞特蘭蒂斯，免税店，海邊，林旺夜市都不遠，配套設施呢，有小朋友玩的滑滑梯，羽毛球場，超市，內海，景色還不錯，綠化挺多，裝修呢，是我目前在三亞住過裝修非常不錯的一家，和實物圖一樣，而且洗漱用品，洗髮水很好用，一點都不廉價，床上用品很舒服，衞生做的很不錯，我們一家人要不是行程安排緊都捨不得走，下次暑假帶孩子在一起過來，太滿意了，服務很不錯，管家會帶你辦理入住去房間，。總之很不錯價格優惠，性價比太高了，太不錯了，推薦

A two-bedroom villa with a great environment, great front desk service, and a very quiet environment. It takes about 10 minutes to get to Houhai by Didi, and it is very close to Yalong Bay Station, Duty Free, Atlantis, and Wuzhizhou. It is suitable for renting a car for a few days. The swimming pool and the room are very clean, and the housekeeper Xiao Liu is very enthusiastic. If you have any questions, just ask him! ! ! Finally, family members remember to turn on the hot water switch before taking a bath, and remember to close the door tightly because there are many mosquitoes❤️

A great apartment, really warm. Before I entered the door, the lady ran up to take the suitcase in my hand. After checking in, she sent us to the room and introduced the facilities in the room and the food and drinks around. The room is also very clean and hygienic, with a very high cost performance. It has a Siemens induction cooker, refrigerator, washing machine, and the baby's favorite Xiaoai speaker, which is not the basic one, and the sound quality is good👍 The sea is three or four minutes away from the door. There are scattered places on the beach, not crowded, and you can also walk your baby in the back garden of Poly Rosewood Hotel. I was half an hour late when I checked out, and no one urged me. I definitely recommend this store when I come to Houhai. The sanitation is very good and very clean. I bring children to play. I want to find a clean place to live. It is very close to the sea and tens of meters. The main reason is that the boss is very enthusiastic. I will pick it up at the entrance of the village. There are also sea tools, surfing and diving projects, and there are discounts for staying in the store. But the boss is very good, the boss will not recommend, I missed it and didn't find the boss. During the peak summer vacation, the price is more than 100, what else do you need for a bicycle? With an area of more than 40 square meters, it is equipped with a large e-commerce store and a large refrigerator. The community environment is also pretty good. Of course, the swimming pool is shared by the community and has time restrictions. The location is a bit far away from Haitang Bay and Houhai. Of course, if you drive by yourself, it’s fine. The single room is very comfortable, the air conditioner can be set to silent, and there is a wardrobe to hang clothes. There is a yoga class on the rooftop on the 3rd floor every afternoon. Everyone gathers together in the evening to chat, drink and exercise. There is a great a**osphere. There is a self-service laundry on the 4th floor. There is a public toilet and bathroom on the 3rd floor. The hair dryer next to the bathroom is broken and has not been replaced. And the hostel owner treated us to tangyuan on the day of check-in. It was heartwarming.

Location: the hotel is very close to all the places in Houhai, it’s nearby party street. Depends if you like it or not. It is located between two buildings and most of the windows are facing walls so there is no daylight in the room. The photos show rooms full of light which is totally different in real life. There is a construction site next to the hotel so from 9:00 to late hours it’s very loud. Room: unfortunately we have chosen a small room which was claustrophobic. It was very dark because the window was facing the wall and the entire room was super smelly! I couldn’t breathe and sleep because of the cigarettes smell. Cleanliness: everything was clean and tidy. Service: staff is helpful and friendly.

Pay attention!!! This should be the most cost-effective pool villa in Sanya! I was bored at home in Sanya, so I took my kids to walk around the area and accidentally found this super affordable pool villa. The three-bedroom double-story villa is very large. Each room is equipped with a shower. The pool is moderately deep and moderately sized. The children love it! ! It's happy to soak in the pool when it rains! This is the second time I stayed at this B&B. It was just as good as before. I stayed here last year and my kids loved it. The beach is right outside the back, so it's very convenient to go fishing and play with sand. My kids loved it. The room is a Japanese-style tatami room with a large and comfortable living room. The window faces the sea and the view is beautiful. You can go fishing downstairs at night. We hired a coach to lead us and we got a lot of fish, including starfish, conger eels, crabs, sea urchins, and pufferfish. My kids were very happy.

It's very Chinese orientated, which let's be honest is fair enough, but I've stayed at far lesser hotels in Sanya with much better understanding of us ”laowais”. It also seems to firmly go after the family market (which again is fine) but if you are sans children then maybe not the best option.

LLauritaFirst day check-in was a bit tough as I arrived early in the morning. Room was ready 2 PM. Room didn’t meet my “clean” expectation, so I had to ask for second round of cleaning. I understand it was busy weekend & so many guests to take care of. For this part, Manager Davidson Dong was very helpful! I got room cleaned around 7 PM and he helped me using the Club Lounge in the mean time. Because the trip is for my birthday, the hotel also provided birthday cake & the rose bed. Hotel gym was nice & spacious - but didn’t have smith machine. Beach seems like ‘not’ private exclusive beach - without sun bed - but public without lifeguard. I could fly a drone at the beach, but not in the garden of the hotel - for guest privacy reasons. Overall, it was an amazing experience here at Grand Hyatt. Thank you.

DDani-loGood: - Beautiful sea-view room with a wonderful panoramic window. - Lovely tropical gardens. - Great swimming pool with lots of shaded areas and a transparent kayak. - Lovely beach with loungers, sunshades and basic amenities (lemonade, towels, beach toys). - Awesome night views. - Amazing open-air aquarium with exotic fish and turtles. - Great amenities for kids (electric vehicles, train, pedal karts, swimming pool floats and boats). - Friendly and helpful staff. - Great location near CDF mall. - Really good breakfast. Bad: - I received a significant electric shock just by touching the front tray of the children’s popcorn machine at breakfast. I immediately informed a member of staff whose response made me feel this was not the first time it had happened. They switched off the popcorn machine and said somebody would fix it. 10mins later we saw the machine was switched on again (the staff member said it was fixed). - The security chain on the door to our room locked itself from the inside after we left the room, so we could not get in when we got back. Had to wait 15-20min for staff to open the chain from the outside, then had to wait another 30-40min for a repairman to replace the old/faulty chain lock - this took a while because the new hardware did not fit properly and the door could not be closed (it was fixed with some loud hammering). The next day, the door couldn’t close again so I had to again wait for a repairman to fix it (more loud hammering). - A few times we had no response when calling “instant service” on the phone. The WeChat service was also sometimes slower than we’d expected, especially for urgent questions. - Tired and worn out exterior and interior decoration (faded/peeling paint, damp patches). - Wobbly fixings (balcony light, toilet paper holder). - Confusing A/C controls (two control panels, no indication what each one is for) - Live music started quite late and was loud - we had to close balcony door to let our child sleep. - Transparent doors to the shower and toilet cubicles. - Inconsistent service at breakfast (some days very attentive, some days not so). - No good value lunch or dinner options. I tried a room service salad which was terrible (it used canned beans, canned corn and canned chickpeas, and processed roast chicken) - surprisingly bad value and quality. - One evening our taxi was not permitted to enter the hotel grounds due to a special event. We had to walk up the long driveway with our (tired) young daughter….it would have been nice for the hotel to offer their electric buggy shuttle from the main road to the lobby. - After the trip, I received an email with a link to the bill, but this link took me to a web page which said an online bill was unavailable.

XxmilkbabyEnjoyed my stay at the bird nest resort. There’s buses available at pick up point so it’s very convenient to go up and down the resort. It’s a nice getaway to nature and service was great. And there’s alot of thrilling activities which is very convenient. Just didn’t like the part that there was a 1k deposit and the only option was payment at hotel instead of charged to credit card in my home currency so I was charged service fee and also the jacuzzi is in a very exposed area where people could walk by

JJoeeeeWe had a really lovely stay. Our room was huge and had an amazing view of the sea and city. The pool is really big, so even when it was busy there was still room for us to swim about. The pool is located in the middle all the buildings, so the pools is shady, which is a positive for me because I burn easy. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. The only negatives are the breakfast and needing some updated all around. The breakfast is a buffet, but no western options and all the Chinese food was subpar. I won’t pay extra for the breakfast next time. And updates all around, it’s an older location and you can see some things that could be updated. Maybe some paint, replacing a few pieces here and there, etc. But nothing that made our stay negative by any means.

MMegan_CohenThe hotel is situated in a very touristy area. Many Russian-speaking tourists. There is a mall by the hotel and a food court area across the street, the beach is within walking distance. The room was clean it came with basic amenities, I would take an extension lead to charge multiple devices. The elevators are very slow and if you want to relax by the pool and find a place to sit you need to go early as the seats get taken fast. The gym area has enough equipment to get the job done. Check-in and check-out were very fast, we had no problems. If you cannot speak Chinese they will translate. There were a few rude entitled tourists. Be courteous and respectful to the workers and people trying to help, and make an effort to use their language either via a translation app or learn a few words. You will see the instant appreciation and respect for trying. If you go to the front of the pineapple and walk left for about 5/10min you can find some Western restaurants called the Dolphin, Little India and an Italian place. If you want coffee early in the morning there is a Starbucks on that same road that opens at 7:00 am. Overall it was a good stay for a business trip with no issues.

GGuest UserThis was our first time in this hotel and we enjoyed a lot! The staff is really kind. Apple could speak English and she offered an upgrade for the room during check in. The view was amazing. But especially Beck helped us a lot, resolving all our doubts or questions. He was great for us to spend a great time. The breakfast at the hotel is really good, with a lot of options ( noodles, guangdong steam, a bakery room…). The hotel has 4-5 pools, one of them with slides. And there was a foam show everyday 17-18h. The beach , 5 minutes walking was wonderful: clean, almost empty. What we also liked was all the plants around the hotel. There were also a hainan restaurant and Chongqing hotpot. We are looking forwards to come back very soon! We loved this hotel!

MMilica SRBWe had a nice and really spacious room on the 9th floor, with a beautiful mountain view, quiet and relaxing. It was cleaned every day, and the bed sheets every other day. There is a great fitness room which we used daily for cardio and weight training. We paid for a room with breakfasts and there were plenty of options, oats, eggs, ham, sweet potato, vegetables, fruits, meat, rice and noodles, bread, jam and butter, coffee machine, milk, yogurt, coconut milk, juice... it's fresh and tasty. The beach is in front of a hotel, nice sand and clear water, plenty of waves though, so there were a couple of swimming zones fenced with buoys. People are selling fresh mango, watermelon and pineapple on the beach, convenient for a healthy snack break. Plenty of water sports available, we wanted to rent a water scooter, but the coach must be on the scooter with both of us, so we gave up. Anyway, we enjoyed our stay and we would choose this hotel again when in Sanya.

SSian lynThis was our second time at Luhuitou and it didn’t disappoint! Although the first few days the hotel breakfast was in the banquet hall due to refurbishment it didn’t dampen the experience. The room is lovely and the view is amazing. The quality of the food is always great and we really like the Thai restaurant on site. The pool is great too but the decking needs a little refreshment. One of the best features is the beach area which the hotel staff provide sunbeds for. The staff are all so lovely and welcoming!! Everyone has a smile on their face and I’m not surprised because the hotel is stunning! We will continue to come here in the future!

LLana 064This hotel has the most beautiful surroundings,with the views of the lake, nearby mountain and national forest park.Birds chirp happily and lots of lush make you feel you are in a tropical paradise. Fish ponds around the reception area are also adding up to the whole feeling of tranquility. It is particularly suitable for families and kids, predominantly Chinese people. The front desk service is always smiling,however only two of them can speak English.I was especially impressed by the manager Margaret who made sure I settled well.My first room has a pool access . However,that pool is shared with 3 other similar rooms and the apartment on the 2 Nd floor which was occupied by a family with 3 kids..They were inconsiderate and noisy, would swim until late at night disturbing my peaceful sleep, which os why I moved to a lobby room, apparently smaller one with no bath tub.In a way I was downgraded and was hoping for some compensation,but nothing was initiated.No worries. That still did not spoil the rest of my stay in this wonderful resort.My friend came to join me and we extended my stay fro 3 more days. I would recommend this hotel to couples and families mainly. The best nature in Sanya!
