I had few nights stay and liked this hotel room spacecious and clean. The owner Mr Chang is a down to earth person, very friendly and helpful even knowledgeable if any queries, he would delighted to share and guide you at all things. You feel like home for the enviroment here
Somethings to add on, my room have a balcony and I even have a small pantry with kitchen utensils for cooking
The hotel in a strategic location about 5 mins walk from Bus station and you can catch local buses to places with min RMB2 or more depends on area and distance of destination
By the way, It is hastle free to feed your tummy as there are some local food restaurants and convenience stalls around the corner. Don't forget to the 1st night market about 10 mins by bus
It is a worth for value and if I have a chance to be back to here in future, this definitely would be my first choice by heart and strongly recommend to my friends. Thank You Mr Chang for your unconditional service and I have had a wonderful stay at your place

The location is great👍, you can enjoy the sea view while lying on the bed, there is also a comfortable hanging chair on the balcony, there is a bus stop downstairs, it is very convenient to go to various scenic spots, and the beach is just across the road.

Great location. The view from the window was of the embankment and the clock. The hotel itself is on a tourist, pedestrian street. But it was not noisy. Friendly staff. For breakfast there was a sandwich and good coffee. They allowed us to leave our luggage for three days while we went to Sanya.
Perhaps the only downside is that there is no small refrigerator in the room and maybe someone will be confused by the toilet. It is located in the room behind glass, and the shower is behind a thick curtain, and the toilet itself is behind a transparent curtain. But in Asia, toilets are often made behind glass. The bed is comfortable, but creaked a little.
For the money, an excellent option. I recommend it.

The boss is very kind and makes you feel at home. The place is elegant and clean. There is a public kitchen. Sanya Beach is just downstairs. The security is good.
