非常喜歡房間設計，很絕，連光影和植物都搭配得恰到好處。但是硬件有些跟不上，比如熱水洗到一半斷了兩分鐘。房間網絡信號也很差。希望能改進一下成為三亞最棒的酒店

Sanya Y Hotel is really a gem on this island! Location: Aranya, which is still under construction in Sanya, has a desert style 🏜 and many cacti 🌵. Currently, there is a canteen open, as well as some mini cafes and bakeries. The hotel staff said that they started out as a restaurant, so all the food is very attentive, from the selection of ingredients to the taste, it is super good! Moreover, the hotel is not too easy to take pictures! Every place is a scene! You can't tell whether you are in LA, Morocco, or Sanya! The housekeeper SAMJIN is humorous, generous in conversation, enthusiastic and positive in service. Will take the initiative to consider for us and recommend to us. The housekeeper DELIA is also very careful, explaining the room in detail, and speaking generously and appropriately, which makes us feel that we are getting value for money and strongly recognize their service level [Rose]

The environment is very good, quiet and comfortable~ Butler Samjin's service is warm and thoughtful, very careful, and the whole process is well followed up.
