A place with reasonable cost-benefit for those going to the port to embark on a cruise. Breakfast is good. But the hotel is a bit run down. The sink was clogged, they tried to fix it but couldn't. The air conditioning wasn't cooling either. It's ok.

Terrible service, in the room there is an app to place orders at the bar, I placed an order and received the following message that I would receive a notice to collect it at the bar, I waited almost 2 hours and nothing, I went down to the bar and they informed me that I had not ordered, which was absurd and the worst thing was that what I had chosen was not available at the time. SO why didn't they inform me that the product was not available??? Why did they send the message to wait??? Summary: Terrible service.

Good option for short stays, one or two nights, the area is a bit dangerous and far from the beaches.
The bed and shower are good, but the closet needs to be renovated.
The food is good and simple, but very expensive, it's better to eat out.
